The customer is not other right, but you must always bring in them think they are. Back when personal computers be new, I have to help customers trade name decisions for what hardware to buy. I be always polite roughly it, but you have to be honest. If something doens't work next to something else, even if they want it, you have to inform them.
Try being compassionate to your obnoxious customers. Remember, you singular have to operate with them while they're within the store, they have to live inside their body 24 hours a morning 7 days a week. Consider that there are things going on that you are not aware of. Imagine what you would be approaching if you were sick or someone close to you passed away.
Choose to permit their petty childish behavior not bother you. Being content inside yourself is the best "revenge."

Tough question, usually the customer is right because they know what they want better than anyone. However heaps businesses have a different interpretation which is why we butt head.
Usually customers have a deeper issue, something explicitly affecting their mood at the moment whether it be personal, their job, etc. In most cases, they vent your frustration at you even though you may not be doing anything wrong. Just human outlook and unfortunately, even though they are probably wacky at their situation and not you, you bear the brunt of it.

The first time, the man interviewing me started telling mehow he does not provide a set number of sick days per year. If you call within sick, he automatically does not pay you for the time. His thing be, you had to walk to work, tell him you feel sick, then if he feel you were sick ample, he would allow you to leave and reward you for the day. And you would hold to do that evey day (example, if you have the flu) if you wanted to get hold of paid for the days. I told him I already feel sick and left.
The second time, it be me and two other girls for three open facts entry positions. It wasn't really an interview, it was a "trial first day".
The woman boss call me into her office, and said, "I will consent to you know now. If I don't similar to you, at noon you will be gone." I responded by proverb that was right, I would look at it as a trial for both of us, and if I did not like the mission, I would leave at twelve noon. She looked startled by my reply. She told me to leave the department, then call in the subsequent girl.
