it really depends on what sort of skills you have. my dad have a computer and basically make a very tough living (it is intricate work) working from home. he does all this fancy IT stuff and designing and trying to win audit contracts etc. he does it. you pretty much own to work for yourself if you wanna work at home.

I agree with most of what have already been said. The message you should be getting, though, is that you should apply anyway. Apply to at tiniest three schools, including those you really want to be in motion to and a couple you would settle for. Community college can be a great way to take an education, but it will require lots of discipline on your member to complete the process in a okay time. I have met tremendously few people who completed junior college next to a degree surrounded by the two years it should take. If you shift to junior college, arrange a meeting near a counselor before you chose your first semester classes. Set up a plan to draw from all the courses you requirement completed in two years. Also ask the counselor whether they own transfer agreements near any universities. They are far cheaper than a 4 year university, you procure your core courses out of the way (at smaller number cost) and you get a clad education, the classes are smaller so here is more interaction, and if kids tend to make better grades if they walk to community college instead of a 4 year school.
Talk to your guidence counselor at college and let him/her know that you want to be on a college track. Ask the counselor to give support to guide your curriculum during the next two years. That's why they are nearby. If you are doing well, as you take into your senior year, they can help you apply for admission and financial aid. They might also provide a letter of suggestion if they have watch your progress during these next two years. Good luck.

A study in my hometown (a college town surrounded by Michigan) found that students who transfered to a 4 year institution from a community college received better grades than those who immediately started surrounded by the 4 year university.
