At a minimum I would ask where they are coming from (since they plug they are just moving into the area). Where is "home"? How long own they been doing business within? Then I would contact the Bureau of Labor in that state to see if nearby have be any complaints.
I would also be very curious why they are not recruit through the State Employment Office.

After penetrating for it, I have come to the conclusion that this is some sort of complex scam. They charge you $500 for some certification too, after they utter you're 'accepted'. I wouldn't do it.
If you G00GLE them and all you find are list on job postings, next they are scamming you. There is no site I can find for their company info.
If its a scam, then I'll put in the picture you how it works. They will charge you money after saying you've get the job. They own your resume etc, so they will forward that resume to other companies on your behalf. They are probably acting as an employment agency, and taking money from both the applicants AND from the other companies.
I would not apply to these idiots. They are definately a scam of some sort, in my book.
