BO and bad breath are touchy subjects. I own a friend that has this problem and I hold never been competent to come around and tell him so, I integer it's probably up to someone in his kinfolk. But this has be going on for several yrs.
I don't think that the "hint" aproach will usually work because these folks certainly aren't aware of their problem. Oftenly it is a strength issue and the unawareness can even delay treatment. But aproaching it is difcult.
The annonimous aproach have a very giant potential of destroying that person's self self-esteem.
