I found out that another woman at one of our sister colleges does the same work and make more pay plus is a status higher. We own been here for duplicate time. Firstly, those are 'sister colleges', so to my understating they should be under one regulation. The job description belongs to the college not an individual, as that woman might set off the next hours of daylight and they will have to use one and the same job description to appoint someone current.
From my experience even if the job description nouns similar, people tend to do different things anyway, facilitate different people, work on different documents etc.
