I need assistance with a problem at my work place. Our modern store manager is cause problems. I'm the assistant manager, he's over me, and I enjoy my people I'm surrounded by charge of. But for some reason when we're on break and receive busy he calls us rear legs up to the front. My staff and I discuss this problem with no hypothesis what to do about it. I've talk to my department manager give or take a few the situation and he says he's not supposed to do that and instead he's supposed to be the one going up in attendance and helping. The thing is this be about 3 weeks ago and this guy is STILL doing equal thing! I've be advised that I can type up a complaint form, hold everyone sign it and take it to our store director, who's over the store head, but I'm afraid to do this as I've no idea if this is something that's fitting (like stated in OSHA) on break times. I've also be told I can call some category of lawyer and achieve free information, and that I can ALSO call our prime office just about this problem. What should I do?Answers:

it's nearly impossible. currently, i consider my boss to be the coolest of all my bosses, but he still pisses me bad bad sometimes. you hold to realize that they are human too. humans aren't perfect. still, if you really cant stand your boss, later change your work situation. you can do anything, but it's adjectives in how fruitless you want it. if you really couldn't stand your job anymore, you would do something around it. i'm not saying it's uncomplicated, but it's true. Bring him a dozen donuts hopefully from crispy cream.
Or bake him some brownies. Or if he like to smoke buy him a good cigar. Whatever he like bring it to him (something small like donuts) and do it a couple of times, 2 weeks apart. Smile at him close to you like him. Act approaching you think he is great! It will bring acting on your part.
