I'm currently a staff auditor for a public accounting firm. I chose audit because I believe that you swot more from audit than tax. With charge you are in alike office respectively and every day and you do relatively matching thing time after day.
I wallow in auditing because I have array in my craft. I am not in the organization all that recurrently, maybe 1 week per month. Sometimes more, sometimes smaller quantity - depends on the client and the firm you work for. I enjoy traveling to different areas and I gain that opportunity. I also like audit over excise because if you want to leave public accounting after a few years (with is pretty adjectives in the profession) you enjoy more career option than that from being a toll accountant.

Alright, so this be the low point of my bad track transcript of jobs. I be one of those people out on the street asking general public to sign up and Save a Child. Yea I get fired alright. The boss claimed I threatened to kill him. Thing is he have gone home three hours before I be supposed to have made the threat. Also I didn't find fired right away. On the following Monday I turned in a make a note of from my doctor stating that I could only work 40 hours a week for the subsequent 4 weeks,(we had be averaging 24 hours a week overtime)the worked a full shift.On Tuesday I filed a complaint against my supervisor for nuisance then worked a full shift. Both days the supervisor I be supposed to have threatened be there at work and we have no problems. Then on Wednesday I was suspended for 5 days after fired. They hired a security guard because the boss said he thought I might come put a bet on and hurt him. He wasn't worried until I filed my complaint against him.
I have to fight to go and get my unemployment and I won. Little did I know it doesn't concern if you win or lose at a hearing approaching that. I'm still having a unyielding time getting a job and it's be over a year.

I quit a position once. After I graduated beside my MA in counseling, I started my first compensated position as a therapist. It be in a day-time partial hospitalization program for children; vitally, it was a conservatory for really disturbed, bad kids. When I started my first hours of daylight, no one be expecting me. I was merely thrown in and expected to know what to do. Well I didn't. This college was contained by a lock-down building; no one could carry in or out unless you have this special magnetic push button. Well, they didn't have a switch for me and I didn't like person trapped in near with those kids. The kids be out of control, climbing the walls literally! On the Friday of my third week, I have had plenty. I made a few phone calls to try and in safe hands other work before I made my move. By 10am I have went to HR to drop past its sell-by date my office knob. You know it's bad when the HR staff's response is, "I don't blame you." When I get home, I called and not here the supervisor a message that I will not be coming back.
Well, I guess I won't ever work for that company again. ;)
Oh yes! I caught a co-worker man dishonest and pocketing money quite a few times and told my boss because I didn't want to be blamed for this and she didn't expect the girl would do something like this. in certainty an employer has to allow you a 15 minute break every 2 hours if your are working on a computer It depends on the the state.
MA-- say at least 1 30min break if you work more next 6 hours. (30 minutes must be as 1 block of time)
However you can waive you break if you are 18 or older.
CT-- say the same.
Employer can fashion a bigger break( and make you bring it) but not smaller, unless you signed a "waive breaker".
If you did sign one, you can still request break at anytime. Not in Illinois unless you work contained by a hotel in Chicago and afterwards it's two 15 minute breaks. The union have a good lobby!
Then again, it must hold been a hotel association lobby? Or a hotel lobby union?? The law of your state may allow for an employer to give rest breaks. I am not sure what these law mandate. I am allowed two fifteen minute breaks, but I have a grouping contract.
