Protection FROM lying "whislteblowers"?
I have be accused numerous times by someone at my assignment who often runs to running complaining about my assignment performance. Each time, I look after myself successfully, but I am becoming annoyed that another employee can breed things up about me and I hold no right to demand to know who this is, even after repeatedly proving the being to be a habitual fraud.What rights do I have to know who have been lying around me? I am getting tired of constantly having to uphold my job performing.
I should note that my instantaneous manager know the routine, and my job isn't really contained by any danger, but constantly defending myself against false charges is getting ripened. As far as I know, he is not allowed to report to me who it is that is lying roughly speaking me, and I cannot figure out who it is near certainty.

Your boss should have adequate experience to help this being get over doesn`t matter what it is they think is wrong. If it is a REALLY great job and you can't agenda interview at lunch or before/after work, just bite the bullet and appropriate the time off from your current work.

I work in a small department and he is constantly spouting off his extremely right wing opinion to a couple young guys who work underneath him.
