I hate to read aloud it, but from the sounds of your situation, things don't sound if they are going to modify any time soon. If I was surrounded by your place, I would think roughly finding another job. Nobody should work for a company that does not fully appreciate their contributions. Perhaps you are thinking if you quit, after they win..... But it is not necessarily true.
