I work for a person outside of the state that im in actuality employed in...my "boss" isn't contained by my location. It sounds like this 'boss' have a problem with HIS boss, not you. He probably feel it is unfair to put you within an office explicitly under his authority but to not pass him any authority over you. Granted, if that is his beef it unquestionably is a petty one, but it is likely the valise.
You can approach it from two angles. The first I would recommend is to call your boss and relate him the situation. Tell your boss that you plan to go to the other boss and discuss the situation and try to iron out the problem through simple communication and discussion. Then follow through and approach boss #2, asking him why he behave in a passageway that makes it difficult for you to concentrate on your work. Tell him that you hold nothing against him, but the style he acts make you believe he has something against you. Go from within and try to find the root cause of boss #2's animosity.
If that doesn't work, telephone your boss back and explain to him that you tried to fix the situation, but that in that was no positive result and things enjoy pretty much remained the same, making it difficult for you to be productive as you are contained by a hostile environment. Ask your boss to contact boss #2's boss (which is likely your boss's supervisor) and report the situation. If you enjoy a formal inter-office complaint/greviance policy then follow that.
If you still find no resolution, inform your boss that you cannot continue to work underneath those conditions and begin penetrating for another job.

Yikes! I have worked next to many a "pretty girl" who be nothing more than glorified ornaments for the department.
