Question:I just started at a current company 2 months ago, as a typical office assistant. They own a position open contained by the same department for a Staff Accountant, available within 2 months. The lady contained by the position is leaving for Germany within October. I have an accounting situation, and expressed interest to my HR Director about this vent, and she said to submit a letter of interest. I don't enjoy a clue where to instigate to write a letter of interest for this position, or how to draft a reminder of interest when you already work for the company. i battled near this b/c i had basically moved and was without a job and found out i was pregnant....YIKES!
i told NO ONE during interviews...they don't entail to know unless it will interfere with your duty requirements (like being competent to life 70 pounds).
a moment ago wait until you know if you get the f/t job. that passageway you won't be discriminated against (even though it's illegal, it does come about, don't let other ancestors tell you differently, i've be there!).
If you get hold of the f/t job, later good for you and report your supervisor at that time. it will be hard to explain to them, you will feel similar to you are lying to them the whole time, but within reality, you are doing what is best for you and your newborn...keep that contained by mind.
once you tell them, you will consistency a weight lift and that's good.
