My boss requires that I run errands, both personal and for work for her, on my way home. However, I am not to be salaried for my mileage nor for my time. Is that legal? Can I eliminate without shock? I am asked to take her laundry to the cleaners, and budge grocery shopping for her on my time. She states that if I buy ANYTHING for myself while at that grocery errand (even a soda), then the errand be essentially for MY personal errand and hers is just a byproduct. However, if I wasn't at that store, I would not own purchased anything nor stopped. It takes from my familial personal time, etc.Answers:
