I know am within the business 12 years and moving up as hard as it be was the best point I did I handled it by going forward and not looking fund. I did a lot of praying and I wen for counselling and psychotherapy. I also handled it by working my hardest and not getting involoved surrounded by the cliques and gossip and I become a stronger person for it. In energy not everyone is going to like you. Sometimes God allows us to run through things and allow jobs to gain so miserable and difficult so that we will seek a promotion or ask for a exotic position or seek a untried job or carreer. I find in that are alot of lazy society in the workforce. I be hired for my current job to do payroll. The receptionist vanished, so now I do that post as well. Then they found the human resource files be a mess, so that became my mission as well. The human resource director is too busy playing video games to keep going the files. I am currently looking for a new profession. When I find it, I will be out of here.
