I am a nurse, and for me it was the best choice because I love my available job. The hours are long, I work 12 hour days or nights, most hospitals very soon are on 12 hour shifts, long days but we do 4 on and then 5 stale, so the time off is great. The earnings is good, I am surrounded by Canada and I make over 27.00 a hour, the benefits are great also, I bring 3 weeks of vacation, 11 stats that I can use for break also. Then there is sick time, I attain 18 sick days a year. The pension plan is virtuous. There is no regualr work day for sure, everyday is different and near are so many different areas within nursing you can get into. I work rehab so we grasp mostly motor vehicle accidents (not wearing seatbelts), society learning to live from a sitting position verus formerly standing, or learning to totter again, learning to saunter with or work next to new artifical limb, it is a very rewarding art. I like my corral because we see people at their lowest when they come, and usually beaming when they leave beside what they have achieve. I use to work cardiac, that is passageway more intence, a lot of cardiac arrest, some you let go and some you don't but very intence at times. It is a trade where you are helping population, and this is such a diverse field that the option are endless. Surgery is a enclosed space I know a lot of nurses surrounded by, that is profoundly of dressing changes, and some similar to that. Depends totally on you and if you do it, when you do your clinical rotations in institution you will take to one area like a duck to dampen, and that is where on earth you would proable choose to be.
