I started work on a 3 month probationary period. Towards the back of this period i be signed off sick by my doctor (which took me over the probationary period) I be asked to have a crowd to review my probationary period. At this congregation i was told they werent delighted with my absence (no complaints about my characteristic of work) and was offered a current probationary period which i agreed to, however when delivery confirmation of this and giving me 1 weeks notice for previous probationary term, they informed me they could not guarantee me 16 hours a week(previous contract hours were 25 hours)or offered me a reserve shift at another store and asked me to agree to them know of my choice by contacting them. And wished me nouns for the future should they not hear from me. On the communiqué there be no contact address or telephone number, so i own been powerless to contact them to discuss thisAnswers:

I don't know of any court grounds for "unfair dismissal." If there be discrimination involved or sexual nuisance, then I don`t know. But winning a suit against an employer is tremendously difficult. I'm not an attorney, but I can't see that the company did anything wrong. Go to the labor board in your nouns and find out what the laws are where on earth you live. If you find anything that even looks like it will work contained by your defense use it and file a complaint beside the labor board. The more details the better for you. Good luck.

see an attorney If you agreed to an extended probationary time, in writing, later you can not claim unfair dismissal. A probationary extent is a set amount of time in which any employee or employer can call off employment with neither motive nor notice. In other words, if you walk into work on the 89th day of probation and the store superintendent said "It's not working out, see you around", later there's nothing you can do but check out of graciously.
