When it comes to putting food on the table, you have to formulate successions in time. I would feel feeling shame to be going through that too. What it comes down to it, do you care if the kids at your arts school are shocked to look at you in disgust or would you fairly have your child look at you contained by disgust because you couldn't provide it with the requirements of a child.

If you really want to, afterwards I say you should travel for it. Just make sure that it's something you will really a) want to do and b) wallow in doing. If money is the only issue, I would articulate that staying on your disability claim is fun, unless you are REALLY concerned about money.

Yes, go for it! Your age doesn't come across like a big factor to me, I am surrounded by school at age 33 and own many relations my age and much older attending as okay. As long as you have have a stable and consistent emotional state, I don't see any sense why you shouldn't try to better yourself and learn something unmarked. Sir, to be honest with you, I doubt that at your age, you'll be capable of compete against all the 22 year old-fashioned software engineer majors contained by the United States, or whatever your home country is. To be a professional hip hop dancer and be successful at it you have to be damn suitable. It's like a kid who wishes to be a basketball player when he grows up...the odds are fairly slim aren't they? You can become a teacher, after start a hip hop dance club. Or after you enjoy something that can support you pursue your passion.
You can't freshly go into principle because you "love kids". That's lame. Us, teachers, do closely more than just tutor kids. Parents can be incredibly hard to operation with, you plan homework, etc. During the university year, I rarely hold my weekends completely off. It's my time off and I'm at meetings for different things. To become a instructor you have to hold a passion for it too and know that most of the time your work will walk un-noticed or unappreciated.
Get your thoughts together, go into something that can support you first, consequently pursue your real commitment or dream. If it can't be done find a way to work the two together. There are some fine arts school around the US that you may want to look into. There's also PE where you can coach dance or even enjoy a club.
