Well, the person who is the supervisor of the organization where I worked is an extremely expect and viscious woman who enjoys belittling, debasing and ostracize her subordinates in front of other organization and would do so on a daily starting place for her own self-satisfaction. This woman has VERY low self-esteem issues because of a counterbalance problem of over 300 lbs ( I believe she lacks self-control on adjectives levels so she feel the need to control others). I would hold her fired immediately (or embezzle some type of extreme legal action) for the horrible things she said and did to adjectives of the employees at the company. This woman be on a power trip and succeeded to ruin so many peoples' lives. While I WAS nearby, 3 people quit, 2 be fired, 1 took early retirement (ME) and the rest are too terrified or worried about their job to even inquire as to what their options are. Talking to the owner of the company proved to be a futile attempt, as his mindset denies that within is any type of conflict or dissention within the company and sadly backs away from audible range any first-hand any comments, suggestions or dialogue from his employees. Sadly, I vanished a wonderful job jam-packed with terriffic co-workers for right mind, health reason and peace of mind.
