Give yourself a chance to swot the ins and outs of this job up to that time you start looking for a new one. A bosses' interpretation? Unmotivated, unwilling to take on brand new challenges, inflexible, etc. Not saw that's what you are but that's the impression it leaves. When you try to attain a new undertaking, what are you going to say when they ask you why you vanished the old one?
