I HAD my dream job as far as responsibilites, perk, a little power, department with a belief, etc. But it was a non-prifit org, so the foot was the just factor that prevented it from being my dream work. I'm now working for a company near not nearly as many perk, sitting in a cubicle, but I generate twice as much as I did. Its tough to find that perfect match.
