My shift chief sucks!?

I have this duty I like abundantly...it has unfaultable hours and it works with my academy schedules and it's pretty much awesome,...But my shift ringleader absolutely hate me...nothing I ever do is appropriate enough for him even when not a soul else sees a problem near it...I don't want to loose my job and this is the individual shift I can work. Any suggestions?

Answer yourself some question. Why does he hate you? Are you chitchat on the cell phone while working? Are you getting personal phone calls? Do Friends look for you while you are at work? Are you individual late to work, from lunch? I really do not assume he hate you. He might dislike the fact that you are doing something he dislikes.
