They do enjoy the jobs by category, but I close to to browse through everything because something you want may be in a category you don't expect or wouldn't own checked.
You can also search through the postings using the usual switch words (start with "construction" or "carpentry" doesn`t matter what you want - without the quotes) when you are on the "jobs" and "gigs" basic pages. If you type your enquiry into the search dowel on the home page, it will search through everything, not freshly the jobs, and Craig's List have personals, apartments for rent, stuff for sale, etc. So, that could obtain messy...
They also provide an e-mail service when new postings appear. Click on "subscriptions" close to the bottom of the left most column of the home page, and sign up.

I did computer programming for 2 years from home. It was great. I am an untimely bird. So I started a 6 am and worked until 2 pm. I am worthless ater 2 pm anyway. That was during the big Y2K alarm. If you know how to program, I am sure there are still opportunity out there. And it does not cost a cent, except for the cell phone line.
Actually, I basically started my business online. It is a small business; I design and create Children's rooms and accessories. I ring up it a room in a box. All that really cost me is the website $7.00 a year to register domain identify and $3.95 a month for hosting and of course the material, material, etc. to carry started. This is fairly clean and I have not finished my first product however because I have be so busy with everything else; website, cost estimations, etc. I plan to bazaar on EBay and streamline to website. The test vary state by state. From what my understanding is the check is about 6 - 8 hours long. You can draw from the booklet to help you prep. for your state at a book store or I'm sure it's on the internet somewhere. Most those I know have have their employers pay envelope the fees for testing, afterwards for the materials that you need to start certify documents. (there is a book that you need to track what documents you own notarized, and a stamp with your christen and official seal). Depends on what you want to do near it. You can charge people a excise each time you notarize something, the notary approval last 2 years I think.
