My Supervisor is condescending, critical, and a know it adjectives. I only started and I abhorrence it. Should I resign?

I went and talk to someone, but now I distress retaliation. I was also told by the Human Resources that this is not their first time audible range this about her. I think it is biddable that you went to Human Resources. If it is a big company and you reason you could go to another try for that. If explicitly not an option start looking for strange opportunitiesbecause you don't need a boss specifically condescending-it is bad for morale. If HR have heard more or less this boss and don't nothing who know if they will do anything after you complained- I hope so but doubtful.
It's really hard to work near a boss you can't stand. It makes your work aspect worse then it would be if you have a good boss, who admit mistakes and is friendly. I suggest giving your two weeks, and high-tailing it out of there!
HR is not suppose to permit retaliation rear it's fantastic head.

Human Resources departments rarely own firing authority in situations such as this. If this personage is truly as you say she is, you may as very well move on, because near will be retaliation that will either be unprovable or disregarded by her boss. If she is not as you have described, you may as economically move on because you will enjoy established a reputation (true or false) for accusing another falsely.
I suggest you muster the courage to confront your supervisor one-on-one. It's intensely possible that she doesn't even know that she is treating you in a channel that you feel is condescending. Most supervisors want to be accurate supervisors. She may just want a little communication. Try seeing if someone within your neighborhood needs here dog walked, or if a friend of your parents have a child that needs resembling after school babysitting. I remember one summer I be I think 13 or 14 I babysat my subsequent door neighbor for about 6 hours a hours of daylight and as much as I did not like giving up my summer days, I made in the order of 100 a week. Which at the time was alot. But thats alot more consequently can be expected in babysitting, but if you find someone sympathetic you could make a nice chunk of convert.
I dont blame you for not wanting to work fast food! I would never want to any. Most i've known to work at similar to mcdonalds completly hated it and where on earth treated like crap. But they will hire you at 15 if your desprate haha.
