I applied for a job but it didnt say aloud what it would be paying. So I nailed the interview and they finally told me the rate I would be making. Its not completely inopportune, however it is an hour away(and its in Santa Barbara so I could never afford to live in that which makes moving not an likelihood.) so I feel close to I'd be working to just clear the gas alone. Im not sure what to do now, stick next to it or pull out?

What you should first consider would be the work you will be doing. Since you didn't mention this, I'm assuming that a.) you close to the work you will be doing, and b.) you prefer it more than what you have immediately.

I also asked for them to put this within writing but they are saying that since I am not a trial hire, I don't get an "offer" missive, I will get a chore description if I decide to adopt, if not, I am voluntarily resigning...

I'm sorry for you, this is a difficult position. But contrary to what have been posted here nearby is no law on paperwork, state or federal, that says an employer "has" to write you up or present you feedback for performance issues. An at-will member of staff (as the State of California is) means they can fire you or you can quit at will, beside or without sense. It would have be better for both you and the company if someone had given you feedback and talk to you about it. But some manager are afraid of confrontation and don't do this. It is frustrating for both the employee and the HR population who have to try and piece it adjectives together after the fact and amount out what happened. I would work beside your HR department to find out specifically what happened and why nought was said to you or given to you formerly this. Did the company downsize the number of people within those positions? Is the position being changed?

I am in a similar situation, umm. Well, atleast you go and get your same pay. They definetly should enjoy given you constructive feedback throughout the year. It's not fair. I do not know what state you are in, or what comapny you work for... I do know however that adjectives states have a labor board surrounded by which you as an employee can appointment and ask as many question as you'd like concerning your employer, and their accusations against you... what accusation, you ask? I don't know if there is any special training for a psychiatric nurse. But for a broad nurse it is a minimum two years in college for an associates point.
