Are the internet surveys that you can earn lolly for are they legal?

Question:

Answer:
if you are looking for information about work at home job then call on the best work at home forum out there
http://www.work-at-home-forum.org... near is alot of useful information nearby about work at home job and work at home opportunities within is a lot of thinking out there of what you can do from home explicitly legitimate
i hope this is adjectives
good luck
Some of them are. I've planned most of the sites I have taken surveys through and truly been remunerated (or received other rewards like offering cards or CD'S) on the following webpage:

http://www.windhavenweb.com/surveys...

I list how they money you, what I like and dislike in the region of them, whether they have an affiliate or referral program, etc. (And yes, if I utter they have an affiliate program, I'm portion of it, and make a commission when someone signs up through that relation...I like to be up front just about that).

But watch out--there are also scam out there. Here are some tips to avoid them:

Don't sign up for any survey site which asks you to settle up to access the surveys. Also watch for vernacular like "seize paid for taking surveys AND SIGNING UP FOR OFFERS" if you don't want to own to sign up for stuff with other companies to procure paid.

Always cooperatively read their terms of service and privacy policy. If within their privacy policy they say they just use aggregated info, this is GOOD SIGN they are legit. Aggregated info information that is grouped together so it can't be connected beside anyones personal identification approaching name, e-mail, phone or address. That's what survey sites SHOULD collect. Avoid sites that read out they give, rent, or supply any personal information (info that is not aggregated) to third party (unless you really don't mind getting junk communication, telemarketing calls, and spam).

Also, never sign up for a survey through an unsolicited e-mail--since these might not even be from the site they claim to be, but could be a phishing development to get your information and mis-use it. And never afford your credit card info--there is no good grounds a legitimate free site would requirement it.

Here are two other sites which are very considerate

(rates surveys)
http://ripoffreport.com/
(scam reporting site)

Does anyone soak up working at Old Navy ??

Question:
I'm 18 and looking for a job.
Give me some detials.
Thanks to adjectives who answer!!

Answer:
Seriously this is the most fun job I've ever have, and I am not using sarcasm. The people are awesome, my store feel like a own flesh and blood, and we are people of adjectives ages. I'm 24 and there are greatly of college part-timers, as well as a handful of dignified schoolers, and some older those as well. The mix of population is great, even the managers are great (hopefully you'll hold some good ones at your store) The environment is so fun - music playing (fairly fully clad most of the time, lol), colorful, friendly coworkers, and of course interesting customers. I started out working at Old Navy 2 years ago after I graduate from college. I worked full-time for a year and then get a job near my degree, but I couldnt carry to give up working at "the nave", so I still work nearby also. I was a aficionado of the store before I started working here, but you certainly don't enjoy to be.
In case you don't roughly the positions involved, you can be hired to work on one or both "sides" of the store - Customer Service or Logistics. Logistics depends on your availability if you are able to work the hours that your store processes shipment. Check next to your local store to see when that is. Some are hasty morning, and some evening. Logistics includes shipment, markdowns, signage, merchandising, etc. Customer Service involves being a "sale associate" - being on the register, a fitting room attendant, or on the salesfloor recovering an nouns. Both positions are tons of fun (I am on both sides)... sometimes people hold a preference for one or the other, but it depends on what you resembling to do. If you prefer to be one-on-one with customers, afterwards customer service is for you. But Logistics does not mean that you're hiding surrounded by the back room adjectives day - the truck is processed from the door to the salesfloor, hence the label of the process Door To Floor and the majority of time is spent on the floor, just not during the busiest time of morning. Of course the discounts are nice too (Gap and Banana Republic also). Old Navy rocks, and you will like it! Message me if you enjoy any questions, and hopefully I'll be capable of say Welcome to the Old Navy squad. :-)

I have looked into doing some work at home. A friend of mine told me more or less this place where they convey u everything you will need. All they want you to do is stuff envelopes for them. Basically fold the epistle, address it, stamp and seal it. Then when ur done u communication the box to them and they send u another one. Its more than simple basically and that would be honourable to do since I don't want to be overloaded with work since I own my daughter. On the application they ask what do I feel is a satisfactory price for them to pay me, per envelope. I dont hold to invest any money, other than my drive to the post department to mail the collection back, they discharge postage both ways. If you are looking for a work at home, use your own imagination and your own impetus. Do you roast? Are there small café around that might like to deal in some of your cookies?

How to decline an already agreed internship submission?

Question:
I accepted a summer internship from Goldman Sachs for the summer internship (2007) three days ago but immediately today Morgan Stanley has also call me with an bestow. I want to Morgan and want to call quits on Goldman.

What is the professional instrument of doing this? What are the important things to give in the email epistle informing this to Goldman??

Any comments and suggestions will be helpful
Thanks...

Answer:
resourcefully make sure your doing the right entity first of all.
It nouns sound somthing similar to this.

Due to recent circumstances, I must decline your internship offer this summer. I am particularly grateful for your time and effort and I apologize sincerely for this swift change. ? I look forward to someday doing business beside you?. I apologize for any inconveniences.

Calling them would be most appropriate though, unless the only course of communication in olden times was by e-mail.
Just don't show up.

OR

Call and be honest.
Be especially sure that you never want to work for Goldman ever, because this will burn bridges. If that is the luggage, call soon out of courtesy.
First, label sure that you never will want or need to work for Goldman Sachs because you are burning a serious bridge here... that individual said, I'd respond in writing (an actual communiqué with a stamp) unless adjectives of your correspondence to and from Goldman Sachs has be through email. Be as professional and gracious as possible but don't give them any more information than is mandatory. Tell them that you are sorry that you will not be able to adopt their generous present of an internship this summer and thank them for there consideration. You really don't enjoy to offer them an explaination excluding unfortunately, you are not competent to accept after adjectives.
Dear Mr. Goldman:

I am writing to thank you for your generous donate of an internship with your firm. Due to extenuating circumstances, I regret that I will be inept to accept your propose.

I wish you and your firm every nouns in your adjectives endeavors.

Sincerely,

Morgan

Don't be surprised if someone from Goldman calls you to find out what really happen. You can tell them you received a better give elsewhere or that Grandma Mae is on her deathbed - up to you. Keep in mind that if Goldman and Morgan share matching Starbucks, it's gonna be a bit awkard if you use the latter excuse and run into Mr. Goldman a few weeks into the internship.

Happy investing.
Before answering the question, I must articulate, that you're probably one of the few who do get an internship near Goldman Sachs, and then even not as much of who would actually decline the proffer. You're definitely putting yourself contained by a tight position because depending what type of career you're looking for or what specific employment opportunity you're looking to enter, sooner or later, base upon your successful career, it may eventually bring you subsidise to Goldman. If you believe that there is no other alternative excluding to decline Goldman Sachs, then travel politely and professional write them a letter and endow with the appropriate person a phone telephone call letting them know. However, if you believe your career wont be at jeopardy and losses will be minimal by interning at Goldman, I would read out to continue beside the position. From an outside perspective, unless Morgan Stanley is guaranteeing you a full time position with a specific remuneration after your internship, I can only see Goldman Sachs man beneficial to on a professional level where on earth networking is immensely important and furthermore, have it on your resume could only lend a hand you in the long run. That's my belief, but I believe you may need to see what is more beneficial to you contained by the long run, not just the short permanent status.

Right now I am lately lost and dread going back into a nursing home. am I too old-fashioned to be thinking about going rear to school? I inevitability honest answers, something to think roughly speaking, and please no rude people! Thank you adjectives!

Answer:
First off, you are NOT too matured to go fund to school - in that are plenty of working years ahead of you & you should get some contentment during them 2nd, how about private-duty home strength care through an agency? It may transport a few tries, but if you get matched up beside a patient that you draw from along well near , then possibly you could work at their home on shifts that will still allow you to take classes.
Try to go and get a job contained by a clinic or hospital, nursing homes work you to death, try another side of mortal LPN, my wife is one and works in rehab within a local hospital and just loves it, she's 52 years childlike.
You are not too old to bring your RN!
Go for it! The new treat with contempt will translate into better patient support!

Also, if you are tired after being within nursing home care for 21 years, you might want to try Home Health, Pharmaceutical Sales, a Doctor's department or hospital, a school nurse at a elementary, middle, or dignified schoolperhaps even at an agency so you can work in a range of settings. Employee troubles?

Question:
I am wondering what to do with a difficult hand. She shows up late moderately often, beside no regard. Doesn't follow directions unless it pleases her, and have called within sick 9 times in 3 months. I would close to to fire her for a bunch of reasons. She have cost me clients at work as well. What do y'all suggest?

Answer:
ably fire her, that isn't a good member of staff or you can actually consult to her give her a instructive and let her know that the subsequent time she does what she does, that is it.
Next time she is overdue, give her a written preventive about it. Do indistinguishable when she does not follow directions. It will be better for you to have written proof that she have been warn about her behavior, or she might try to sue you for wrongful dismissal if she be never warned.
Depends on what state you are within... some states are "no fault" states which means you can fire an hand without even giving them a foundation. Other states you have to enjoy written documentation of warnings and reprimands.

If you live surrounded by one of the latter states, talk to her, put it written, make her sign it. These states you hold to have 3 write ups surrounded by order to reasonably fire them (unless it involves drugs or weapons on work property). If it doesn't raise after 3 warnings, fire her.

If you live surrounded by a no fault state, fire her but communicate her why. Maybe she'll do better in her subsequent job.
Can I relate?!!? or what?!
First of adjectives, like the 'ya'll', it is great to be hindmost in the south...
Does this soul contribute anything to the workplace?
Do you have any desire to mentor and backing this person develop?
Do you consider there is any unsystematic that this person will straighten up and fly right?
If you can answer 'yes' to any of these question then you should save working with her.
Two suggestions: Speak to her alone over lunch or something, find out what the indisputable reason is she's provoking you so much. Maybe she thinks you pick on her so at hand is no point in trying to do capably cause you'll never plead guilty it. If it is just that she can't bring her act together, ask her what you can do to aid and tell her that she have to decide if she requirements to improve her life span and get on the right track.
Second ask yourself, own I made it clear to her that I am in charge and I'm the solely one she has to breed happy at work, not the other body, or the head bureau or who ever... then consent to her in on the plan, what is her aim, what is your goal, where on earth is the shop, restaurant etc going, why do yoou have the procedures you do... fashion everything crystal clear.

Question on application form for Customer Service - support?

Question:
"What is it that interests you about O2 and the role?"

This is surrounded by relation for the position of a Customer Service Advisor.

Just want to get it right!

Thanks.

Answer:
You could look at their website and see that nice of thing they're out of the ordinary about (eg if they be committed to fair prices/good customer service etc), and say-so why you support that. Also, just be honest roughly why you'd like to work for them, possibly about giving folks advice/ the stability of a large company etc. All the best!
That's one of the contract killer questions I guess. But what *does* interest you contained by the role (and I don't just aim money)?

For example, do you want it because you enjoy:
- conversation to customers
- providing a good service
- person able to assist people

Do you similar to O2 because of their:
- technology
- policies and working practices
- environmental policy

I could go on, but essentially I'd say-so do a little research into O2 and see if there's anything in the order of them that you like, and also explain a moment or two about why you want to work surrounded by customer services.

Good luck with the application.
Would include

find out when O2 launch "date/year" mention that they have a accurate brand and always appear to be launching products and services which meet the customer requirements, and you would like to work as member of a team which is so customers focus and deliver results...
I assume this is O2 the mobile phone company? I hate these class of questions, but necessarily, you get gargantuan satsfaction from providing an excellent service to customers (the role) and you'd love the opportunity to work for O2 because it's a dynamic, thriving company that rewards success (haven't a clue if it is, but that's the humane of rubbish they want to hear).

A good tip is to travel on to their website and nick some of the words they use to describe themselves within their publicity.

Good luck.
