Is in attendance any commission for immigrant contained by USA?

Question:
I think I want to move about to USA for work because I feel not comfortable contained by Indonesia. I'm not Indonesian's native citizens, so there's a border for me to find a profession in this country. I only want to looking for a country that could accept everyone from different see.
Is it would be easy for me to find a job contained by USA? I'm an accounting bachelor and have experience surrounded by banking and distribution company.

Answer:
You would own to have found employment beside a US company or company that will transfer you you to the US. The other disappointing news is that you would hold to wait until April 2008 to submit your application. We enjoy only a predetermined number of visas the US Citizenship & Immigration Services will grant surrounded by one year, this year they were exhausted surrounded by one day. You could build the necessary arrangments (finding an employer and congregation your documentation) during this year. The new employer would call for to have absolution as to why they cannot find someone with your testimonial in the US.
YES! Just find out how to bring back a work visa. You may be able to find that information by looking for a chore and explaining to a company you plan to move here to work. A company may have better information for how to sustain you get to US to work.
Immigrants can find work easier than a convicted felon thats be released after doing his time here so come on over
Its actually easier for most immigrant to find work in the U.S. than it is for U.S. natives.

What is the best passageway to find a chore that I love?

Question:
I just get laid off after working for a greatly large financial services firm. This be my first career after college, and I be promoted four times in two and a partly years. I did my job, but wanderlust have set in. I don't approaching to sell stuff, and I find that a corporate culture that is to say totally obsessive more or less sales of late isn't for me. I want to do something that challenges me, but what?

Answer:
What drives you? What hobbies do you own? If you are ok financially, explore those options, work at finding those answers if you don't know them. If you own bills/loans to pay rotten, sit down and dust off your resume and procure going on a job rummage that will fit your strengths and develop your lesser virtues. Just keep an eye on the open market and see what pans out. There is work out at hand for those that want it, it just might not be at the right price.
I deem a better question is - What is it that I love to do and how can I cause a career doing it?

You call for to decide what it is you love to do, research it and next go for it!
Go to a profession counceler and do an aptitude test.
I would take home a list of adjectives the things that you like to do, and from in that, try to combine them with a skill(s) or passion(s) that you own and try to combine the two for a new start.

I hold an interview for Lawn & Garden at Sears. Is it an unproblematic profession?

Question:
I'm kind of over-sensitive. Would I have to assist costumers and stuff like that? I'm shy and softness.

Answer:
Hey. My uncle used to work at Sears for 10 years and as far as I know, it depends on a lot of factor such as,
1. What does your job mean? Are you selling things/working on commission, or are you simply stocking and doing basic cleaning?
2. Chances one you ARE going to be selling and working on commission (which is ALWAYS a crappy job), you will have to be friendly and back customers in instruct to sell as much as you can, and so increase your wages. However, this is almost impossible if you are working in a slow location, and you will not singular be bored, but not make incredibly much money.

If you are not a people party, this job is probably not for you. When you move about to the interview, ask them what your responsibilites would be. If they say that they want you "on the floor" or whatnot, report them that you are rather shy and ask if they own any other positions available. Once you have the foot contained by the door, you might as well pilfer advantage of it.

Either bearing, don't be nervous! Apply for the opportunity and see what happens. You never know, you might be a born salesman!

Good luck!

Where do I find a headhunter?

Question:
I would like to find another work without my profession finding out. I am worried that if I post my resume on Monster.com or others like it they will see my posting and fire me on the spot.

Answer:
You hold the right to pursue your happiness. If you are not merry at your current job, start preparing for your adjectives. Target other jobs contained by the market you are looking to excel at. Use your resources, ask the folks that you know if they are aware of openings at other businesses. They may impart you problems at your job, but they should not know how to fire you for that. I do not know where you live, but you are not a slave to them. You enjoy you and your family to feel of.
There are plenty of ways to get another position. Check out this site it may help you.

GOOD LUCK!

Just do not post your resume as public; use private only!
Fire you for looking at other chore opportunities? I would feel that's a wee bit illegal. After adjectives, you have the adjectives right to pursue happiness (It's covered surrounded by the constitution).

Perhaps if your employer does see your resume on Monster or another site, they will be more willing to negotiate a put on a pedestal or other benefits.
go through the the Fourth Estate and find the ads and post your resume. relay them that you are still working and would like ot be discrete.
But really, there's no canon saying you can't apply to another post while you work although some companies say you can't work two job.
Well first of all, not a soul can fire you for posting a resume on a job board. Now that we hold that settled, do a search for "executive recruiters, (your city or state)" and you'll attain a bunch.

Kennedy Publications also publishes a book called The Directory of Executive Recruiters - it list them all, contingent and retained, by speciality (some place single accountants or HR folks or whatever), by minimum salary scale they'll place, geograpy (which countries they operate in), and so on. Your local library probably has a copy so you can check it for free.

Will this drastic commotion stop my member of staff from disappearing work hasty adjectives the time?

Question:
I have an hand that is a extremely good worker, however, she skips out of work hasty the majority of the time when she thinks that I won't thought.

I have spoken to her in the order of this already a few times, but it does not stop her from doing it. I have ways to track her when I'm not within if she's leaving rash.

Since I am paying out of my pocket for her salary, I would focus she would have some respect and listen to me. I really don't want to fire her since she is the best hand (which I praise her) I've had so far aside from this frequent departing an hour early infatuation.

My idea is to grab hold of her car key while she is in the restroom (she leaves them right contained by the open on her desk), run out to her vehicle and take my motor club lock and place it on her steering wheel, near a note that say, please work your full hours, come back inside.

Then, when it is time for her to take off, I'll walk out next to her and unlock the club from her car.

Do you suggest this will knock some sense into her?

Answer:
i dont know it seems approaching to much of a joke and not a disciplinary goings-on start subtracting money from her check for every hour she leaves early that will definetly grasp her attention
Nope. Fire her.
I think you'll lose your hand and have charges brought against you for this illicit action.
if my boss did that to me, i'd be so flushed, i'd quit. no joke
Get a time clock.
no
you may lose her and you'll never find a better one for alike salary
but consider this as a friendship perform or as bonus OR AS A SMART MOVE
there are some relatives who work better without a fix program
big is to finish the work not to respect a strict time

there be a movie with Jane Fonda and that country blonde singer Dolly Parton where on earth the bad guy=her boss be tied up and at work they brought people beside part time and started a nursery

please, don't be a 20th century boss, be a exotic , flexible HOURS BOSS
it is important to finish her work, you don't salary her to stay, but you pay her for the result of her staying at the bureau, which is assumed is 8 hours, but if she can do it in smaller quantity, please be good and deduce

DEAR angry boss look here another question and answer from yahoo

Returning to work after Maternity Leave. Want to dull hours but already a part-time worker. How do I stand?
(In the UK) Before departure on Maternity Leave I was working an average of 30 hours a week unpaid. I now want to return to work but one and only do 8 hours a week. My employer has offered me my antediluvian job backbone exactly as it was but for no smaller number than 16 hours a week. Is there anything I can do?

21 minutes ago - 3 days disappeared to answer. - 7 answers -

ANSWER VIKI
Im in alike boat you do have rights your company should try and accomodate you or donate you good reasoning to why what you want to do is not suitable. Not knowing what you do sorry if this is a bit unclear. If your change of hours is not cost efficient for the company or could affect the business then they do not hold to keep you on. Best entry you can do is go to them next to a proposal of what you wish to do how it will effect buisness contribute solutions to any problems they might have ie could you cover an extra year when short staffed could you change a year of work one week etc if you are flexible with them they are usually flexible vertebrae. If you are having to earnings for child care explain that you still hold to pay even when child is not in attendance thus making it difficult for you to change daytime of work. Point out that by you reducing your hours the company will have a dwindling in wages as stuppid as it sounds you own to sell yourself posterior to them so they see they cant do without you. Keep at it Ive lately managed to convince my company to run me back as assistant official on 4 days a week with set days, I'll be the single assistant manager within our company not on 5 days out of 7 so it can be done. Good luck hope they give you what you want :-)

ANSWER CRAIG
does your company do flexi-time (not adjectives companies do flexi-time) if they do then they can cut back your hours to a minimum of 8-10 hours a week and you should get some professional warning.

I think it will achieve you sued.

Give her a few days off lacking pay.

Start docking her for the hasty outs.
I do hope that you are seriously kidding! I'm sure something around what you stated is illegal.
If she have paid leave, count the hours she has missed as leave.
yes, but sounds against the law. She is NOT your best member of staff. To knock some sense into her, dock her pay for time she's not here.
yeah but if shes a ***** she can call the cops and press charges. Why not leve a write down on her keys to work her full hours or do an actual write up. All the praise you provide her probably makes her consistency untouchable.
Make her punch a time clock. We have culture that abuse their hours here too. My boss (ball smaller number wonder) just let it go.
Yeah, that's unjust. Don't do it. However, if she really is your best employee and the money comes out of your pocket, it's time to explain to her that she will be docked for departure and do it.
Just reduce her remuneration next week - that'll seize her attention. Tell her if she wants a full week's clear, she has to be within on time, and stay until the extension of the day.

I don't have an idea that you are allowed to steal her keys or disable her sports car. You would be breaking several laws.
No, I feel that you should just enlighten her that she is on some sort of probation, and that when she leaves early you will be taking minute, and if it happens more than three times surrounded by one month you will have to tolerate her go. And follow through. No one is irreplaceable. No one! Put your foot down.
Nope. It's just about as ridiculous and disrespectful as her behavior. All it is going to do is cause some sort of grotesque drama fight instead of maintain a professional business atmosphere.

Risk losing her. Give her a warning and let somebody know her that if it continues, she will be fired. Some people will never stop poor behavior unless here are real consequences. Being a apposite worker is no substitue for being an honest and a honourable one. She's pulling one over on you, and if you don't stand up now, it will occur again, and she'll find other ways to let you know who's boss.
It'll probably basically piss her off. It's evil, as well, (you can't walk into her car minus permission or steal her keys), so your exposing yourself needlessly.
Tell her she desires to put in the agreed amount of hours or negotiate for a lower stipend.

If you mess with her sports car you could be charged with breaking and entering.

Or switch her to an hourly wage.
No, do not do that,, that may basis a problem unfortunately if you spoke beside her about it since then you necessitate to let her travel. She doesn't respect you or her job
breaking into her coupé is illegal. I'd suggest getting a time clock, so you just pay her for the time that she is in attendance, or getting a new member of staff.
It will knock sense yes but then in attendance is the liability of her keys and categorically her car are her own privet property. So a authenticity issue might bite you in the flipside.
If she leaves one hour early, dock her one hour's reward. She will quickly swot. If not, when you have boss/worker debate, this should come up. No doubt you don't want to make top, but you want to curb this behavior.
Like a child, if there are no consequences, she will hold at it.
If that doesn't work, I'd fire her.
If you have other workforce that see this, they will resent her and you for allowing it.
No because you will only know how to do that one time. What you need to do is put your foot down. Take corrective act when she she's early. Tell her that she will start getting write ups say aloud you allow her 3 of them, after that spend her for a few days. When she sees that you are not playing near her she will stop.
Is she working 8 hrs? Maybe she leaves early because she works through her lunch break, giving her an extra hour contained by the afternoon to enjoy near her family.
If you approaching the work that she does, maybe this arrangement is not so bleak. She might do most of her work early within the day , and by the time she usually leaves, she is tired and you wouldn't be getting any ability work from her.

This can be your unspoken perk to her. Don't tell her you are OK so she doesn't do it ALL the time, but tolerate it slide on light of her upright and efficient work when she is surrounded by the office.

Good Luck ... Don't insufficiency her car, she will quit.
I deem this is not the best solution! In my opinion, you can impart her more work to do. Actually I don't know whether you've asked her why she leaves early or not, but if you haven't do that! She might hold a good object. One other option could be giving her choice resembling coming one hour earlier or coming to work for 5 hours on a Saturday. Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that rewarding the people who stay full time will work as okay!
And she is your best employee?? OMG she is taking supremacy of you! I would fire her so fast her cranium would spin.
One time I got belatedly to class and the teacher call me a name. I be afraid to get delayed ever since.
Just fire her. You have given her ample warnings. She is a slacker and is cheating you beside her hours.
That's probably not the best idea since you could, within a worst case scenario, depart yourself to charges of theft and a charge of creating a hostile workplace.

If it be me, I would address the situation with the hand, have them sign a document stating that the thing was discussed and they are aware of what the legitimate behavior is and that another occurrence could organize to termination, and continue to monitor the hand. If it happens again, you later have the right to tolerate the employee turn.

Another option - possibly shifting the employee's work hours. Maybe there is a personal situation requiring the hand to leave hasty?
That action should hold both of you in court soon ... she will win this round. If you hold spoken to, and warned her, fire her. Or, you could dock her foot by one hour every day. Or the two of you could work out a flexible diary where she works flexible hours. .. possibly she would like to come surrounded by 1/2 hour earlier,and/or work through lunch, or some other modified work programme. But, please don't behave so immaturely.
Give her warning parcels to follow procedure if not she'll sue your pant off. Getting her switch won't work, she might even complain to the authorities.
Deduct her salaries from the number of hours she's out of commission. If not, fire her. She's not a good hand if she can't work the full hours you're paying her. She is a very irresponsible individual.
No one is indispensible. You'll probably seize a better employee. By promotion for her replacement might do the trick of knocking sense into her. She know you think she's the best to be precise why she's taking advantage of you.

What trade should i pursue?

Question:
I am 15 and ever since i was legitimate little i have other wanted to be a zoologist becuase i live on a fruit farm and have be brought up with animals. I also love my sport and can pretty much play any sport (if i dont nouns to bashfull) i love acting but i also love the simple life. The piece is, i look at it this wayyou only live once...so i want to see the world and do as much as i can. I estimate i would really love to become an actor, so tons people own inspired me to do so, such as Johnny Depp who is just awesome. I expect that being an performer, i would be able to try adjectives different jobs and walk all over the world which is my dream, but i thought actor started at a young agehave i not here it to late to persue and acting art?

Answer:
the great thing is that you're 15 so you you're at a great age to in reality look into pursuing a career more, so here's what you do, verbs playing b-ball if you love it that much there are alot of programs that allow you to join up a team during the summer and travel that instrument you can keep playing and win that whole experience, afterwards with the zology entity maybe there's a place in the vicinity home where you can volunteer/intern/ so you can get hold of a feel of how it would be working within that enviroment on a day to year basis.and as far as acting, it's never too unpunctually, join the drama troop at school, find a place for actor outside of school audition for parts, you'll be fine..that's so cool that you're purpose orientedbest wishes
best advise i be given was... if you can find something you love and gross it into a career... youll never work a hours of daylight in your duration...

your 15 the world at you feet it is never too late- unless your dead- :)
pinch an aptitude test that can guide you thru your judgment.
It is never too late to pursue your dream. I didn't start trying to seize my writing published until I was 30.

I do own some suggestions for you. Acting is hard to break into, and even if you succeed you may not know how to maintain it as a life-long trade. While trying to break into acting, you should continue your background and become a zoologist. You can use a sport you love to get a award for college. Many actors started out surrounded by other careers and/or own a degree to topple back on within case acting job become scarce.

In the meantime, join your local theater or the drama club at arts school. This will give you much needed experience, and pass you an idea of whether you will even relish acting. Good luck.
I wont sugar coat my reply based on what you want to hear versus the truth of what you need to know. First of adjectives you can do anything you set your sights on... being an performer, becoming a zoologist, brain surgeon, or the best McDonald's shake maker surrounded by the world. You get out of go what you put into it. There are alot more amature actors than professionals so realize that you've get to be good... great... at what you do. My suggestion to you is to check with your university about the drama classes, drama club, and go and get into a college bound program through high academy. Most actors (and adjectives zoologists) are highly adjectives people that work their agency to the top. Get involved in local community theater. Make a inventory of your goals and work on achieve them one by one. Start today. Get to the library for books on zoology, sports, career choices, thespian biographies, and get in position to read read read. Don't dream your way to Hollywood but start today to label sure that dream is reality. Get your conservatory counselor involved in your plans. Only next to setting, writing and accomplishing specific and believable goals can you complete them.
you should try sales, if you work beside me you can set your own hours, be your own boss, and do what you want when you want, work as much or as little as you see fit.

and I have over 3000 products you can chose from, so adjectives you need to do is find out what a individual is interested in and show them a catalog.

also, surrounded by the system that I use you don't have to repay for the item until your customer has already payed you, so you don't hold any money tied up in product

if your interested within making some good money this is a win win situation!! email me at candleman1982@yahoo.com
it is never too unsettled to change your mind roughly speaking a career and start pursuing it. when i be about 22 i granted i wanted to work surrounded by the music industry, and now i organize a record sign - only 5 years down the track.

have said that, acting is very firm, and hard on the ego as capably. when casting directors are looking for someone to fit a role, most of the time they will own a fairly specific physical great that they will want someone to fit into - and if you don't match it, you are unlikely to find the role - whether you are a great actor or not.

if you work tricky, and get a dutiful agent however, of course you can 'make it' however. but only make sure you really want it - and consequently any sacrifice will seem worth it.

you can do doesn`t matter what you want. never doubt yourself with things approaching expecting that you have to fit a guaranteed mould or timeline. every person's story is different, so just write your own story of success. and if you work near passion you really will put so much more into it afterwards into a job you don't meticulousness about.
