Your boss might not be getting along with his own boss and he's trying to throw down the anger at you. If you can't adapt it, don't waste time here suffering, change!
I dislike intensely it when that happens! Especially if you love your career. Do you work for an individual or a company? If you work for a company, you can go to Human Resourses and revision jobs. If it's simply you and the boss, you may have to look for another career.
find a different job. you won't win if you show your dislike plus you can interfere with your reputation. most people don't quit the company they work for, they quit their boss. here is no shame in this at hand are some real jerk out there. moral luck.
you should focus on your job a bit than the boss.
bosses are also humans and they also have mood.
they might show disgrunt sometimes but you must show them concern at times instead but of course beside the right concern questions and answers.
swot up from your mistakes and don't stray away from the correct path to enlightenment.
duration is more meaningful if you enjoy learnt the correct things contained by life.
but the refusal and positive are on a very exceptionally thin procession.
just try to relax as you verbs with your chore.
take a well brought-up break if possible during coffee time and own a very moral sleep when it is time for sleep.
watch your diet too.
drink some dampen but don't drink too much.

well, you can move - start looking for another but there's no assurance that you'll get along near your next boss.
or you can stay - you hold your job, do your best within work, but everyday you need to shame the (personality)issues and just be a throbbing distress to your boss. ;-)
i know someone who stayed, excelled in her work... and the boss moved out.
If it is a personality problem ... start actively looking for another chore. Unless you have some markedly stronger supporters in superior places within your institute ... your not going to win the battle of personality with your boss. Even consequently, you're still not likely to win.
If the clash is one base on principals and business logic ... consider the outside chance that conceivably your boss is right and try things your bosses way and see if his course is better. Give it a fair shot.
If that doesn't or can't work ... suffer it as best you can until you can find a new opportunity or get transfered out of your bosses ranking.

Advice for paralegal surrounded by US relocating to Vancouver Canada?

I am a paralegal with litigation and promotional agency experience lower than my belt relocating to Vancouver next year near my husband. Is there any insight anyone can give to me about finding a position within Vancouver? Understandably, the US and Canada are 2 different countries but is it possible for me to continue working as paralegal surrounded by Canada? What kinds of issues to do you imagine I'll run into when job hunting? (with exception of the inevitable full-size pay cut). Any insight appreciated.

Vancouver is a thoroughly nice place to visit, but a credible look at the price of housing (houses and apartments) shows that it is ridiculously overpriced. Unless you have a huge stash of money somewhere, I would suggest that you try another center surrounded by Canada.
