What question should I expect from my first controlled G00GLE interview?

I'm up for a Java position, and the HR guy told me it'll be Java focused.

I know it'll be a cross between Java trivia and basic CS stuff, but I be wondering if anyone had further details. For instance, will EJBs be covered, or toolkits and the close to, or will the interviewer rather focus on SE? Should I expect ball-breaker CS question, even in this interview?

You are on a IT headship track. Don't get into hi-tech stuff. The MBA is a better choice or specialization in say-so the medical IT field or Network Security. Remember, don't do anything that a computer can or will be capable of do in the effective future, or anything that can be outsourced.




What to do nearly coworker?

Okay, let me try to explain the situation. I am relatively spanking new at my job (I've merely been here 3 months). We have an internet tool come in. I asked one of my coworkers, who be recently promoted to a senior rank position, if we needed to check it. She told me no. This happened a few days ago. Suddenly today she's totally freaking out that it be never checked and worried that the boss is going to yell. I approaching my coworker. She is a work friend. But...if the boss does catch twirl of this (which she most likely will) do I cover my own butt and describe my boss that I had asked my coworker around it and was told not to verbs about it. Or...do I transport the heat along near my coworker to protect my friendship (she is my only work friend here).

Business is business. You tried to aid her but she refused. It is not your blame, do not mince words just verbs to be honest like you own already.

This co-worker is not longer on the same even as you. She is in a senior even position so it is logical that you would go to her for answers. She give you the wrong answer, and it's her fault. You don't want bleak blood so I wouldn't bring it up, but if the boss asks you have to relate the truth.

Well, a business writing/communication class wouldn't hurt you any.

Ask your boss what is required for you to get to the subsequent step - what skills are needed, which ones do you have, what do you necessitate to do to get what's missing. Methods of recruit would depend on the vocation. You would requirement to know the demographic you are targeting. Type of settle up, qualifications vital, education required, etc... For instance... you wouldn't be target college graduates to work at Arbys.

So once you figure out your demographic, you could use Want ads, Employment agencies, Job Service agencies, Unemployment agencies and the similar to. I have be on a job in the region of 6 months. I was mail a letter stating the company did not engineer its goals and raise would be cut for employees who have not been employed a year. I get my eval done with my officer last week and literary my raise be cut even further after she stated she searched for negativity reported from feedback from my co-workers. I work beside a small group of people and I be never asked for feedback on any of my co-workers! It was stated that I am sturdy to locate at times and that I do studying of homework during work times. I have never done any accused things! I help yourself to my work ethic and character awfully seriously and this was crushing to hear such things and next get wrote up and remunerated less. My white co workers adjectives recieved their full raises (I know this for a fact) and frequent are late day after day, procrastinate, and do non work related things at inappropiate times. I feel b/c I am "different" I be discriminated against. Should I go to HR or what should I do?

Couple of things...how long enjoy the white employees be there? You stated that you've just been nearby 6 monthscould someone have be there for 6 years and gotten a bigger tilt. Your raise might hold been pro-rated. Number two.how do you know that the white force are not being written up or reprimanded for self late, procrastinate, etc? Number three.you stated that the bonuses are base on company numbers/goals, if that is the travel case, you can't equate what others were given base on what you weren't givensee point number one.

I am in HR (have be for years), I am African-American, and what you are saying is not nouns.fairnot necessarilybut definitely not nouns. I do not think that the EEOC would bring your claim. I would suggest that you do go to the HR department if you consistency that you're not being treated fairlybut build sure you have your ducks contained by a row and you know all of the facts...you don't want to look close to a whiner AND not know what you're discussion about.

I've had closely of experience over the past 3 years beside this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to trademark money while I was within college. There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver zilch but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the honest money making opportunities.

I am interested in persuing a trade path surrounded by the Financial Planning field. I am 26 presently, and currently a Financial Planner in a Fortune 50 company. However, I'm inquisitive whether I want to work in corporate America adjectives my life, or if I want to persue a art path within more "private" financial planning - mainly for individuals.

So for those of you who are Financial Planners right immediately - whats it like? What are the best aspects...and the worst aspectsof your charge? Is getting the CFP worth it - or is an MBA more valuable? I'm inquisitive right now which bridle path to take - 1) return with an MBA or 2) get a CFP ($$ is not an issue since my company will clear for my full education).

Once you get your CFP which take on average at least four years (2 for the academic, 2-3 for the work experience requirement); you can work with a brokerage or move about into private practice. A private financial planner or advisor does not involve either a MBA or CFP, and I wouldnt recommend the misuse of money. Ive actually see people hired near not even an associates degree, and Ive certain of people especially succesful in the corral who do not have degree, or have degree from completely unrelated fields.

The most it would do is trump your recommendation to perspective clients.

As I always vote, there are single three places for an MBA, a corporate board room, an investment bank, or a consulting firm.

There is no requirement, in my belief, for an MBA to deal next to mostly low level investing functions, and pushing mutual funds.

here's mines...I worked for a big credit card company whose christen i won't mention, but they were other asking about what be in somebody's wallet...Anyway, when you phone up and tell them nearly other card companies offering you better deals, they almost other can adjust whatever it is you are looking for. For example, if you phone call and say that Chase or Amex offered you a 7.9%, and your current apr beside our mystery card company is a 9.9%, they may offer you a 6.9 to appease you. We had a point system, and even if i could donate you a 2.9% in that situation, my bonus and paycheck depended on how masses points i saved by NOT giving you as low an APR as i in fact could (granted your credit was moral, no late payments, etc.) Also, if you craft ONE payment by ONE DAY LATE, they can automatically update that apr to 27.9 near no warning...shifty business folks!!
