During the interview, you want to come off as confident and bright but not cocky or arrogant. Make sure to preserve full eye contact the whole time.

Well, I can't answer for that company, but I can do is give an answer that mgith be one judgment. There are many reason, but accordingly to how our company works, even though we hire someone for that position, we will still keep hold of that job position posted until the start date. This is done because within are cases where populace change their minds on the start date, which happen a few times already. On the start day, the individual call in and said they own accepted another duty.

You want to decide what's more earth-shattering how you feel in the region of yourself and meeting your craft goals or how they quality about you because they hold no goals. I don't see this as a problem near you I see this as a problem with them.

There is no reason why you can't stay signed sour during your notice as long as you follow your organistaion's polcies around sick take off etc.
Before doing anything though, you should contact the HR department and ask to speak to someone in confidence going on for the situation. They'll be able to explain the company's procedures and processes clearly as these do swing from one to another.
DO NOT contact your line superintendent under any circumstances minus having spoken to your HR dept. first and have a senior HR manager assigned to your defence. This type of situation is best dealt next to by an HR professional and NOT your line mediator.
