My mom was a nurse for over 30 years and loved it. She loved to relieve people. I can't stand blood. I started out as a computer programmer, but enjoy been principle at a community college. I love teaching. I"m also an extrovert and approaching to entertain, so I really savour it.
Nurses are in glorious demand and are remunerated well. Depending on where on earth you live, and what you teach (especially if you instruct math or science) public school teacher can make a nice living and can be contained by high constraint.
I'd pick what you enjoy doing the most, or you'll burn out quickly at something you're just doing because it pays capably or is a popular job at the time...
