Why don't you give her a trial to show whether you can trust her? Tell her something (relatively harmless) like, "did you hear here were 2 body going at it in the mens toilets"? or something similar to that. Tell her not to tell anyone and see if it comes put a bet on to you. If it does, then you know if you can trust her. I would also be prepared to hold some extra information about your rumor but distinctly don't give out any name. We had like rumor going around our workplace and then found out it wasn't true, but it kept everyone amused.
Gushing is risky, and single time will tell if she rats you out. I doubt she is going to relay everyone what you said. She is the new human being, so even if she does repeat what you told her, it might be taken with a pellet of salt.

First off. NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER EVER believe you're powerless. EVER! You can do ANYTHING you want to do. Now, as for the air force. Do you relish it? If so, go for it. Nobody will voice "ooooh you joined the upper air force you suck" other than the relations who fear for your intelligience to stay alive, resembling parents. Your parents are doubting you to try and make you convince them wrong. Ignore them for in a minute, you love them, but you're 20 and it's all more or less you now. As for the sale, if you decide that route because simply you can decide... procure a savings details shortly after your first 3 paychecks and put $100 away each paycheck. When you get hold of $2000, get an apartment or a roommate and an apartment. Better all the same, if you have a girlfriend(boyfriend? not sure if youre girl or guy), you two try and grasp a place together. That'll seperate you from the doubtful "you suck" comments every day.

If I be you, I would first check to see about going to academy (with or without the sale job within the mix). School is important. Second, I wouldn't sign the heavens force contract. Joining the military is not an answer to feeling lost or temporarily unsure of what you want within life. Plus, in our day you're almost 100% guaranteed to be shipped out to a potentially dangerous location.

And I notice it's easier to get a mission offer if you cool sour, forget about the interview and chat near other candidates. I own on a few occassions got my entire (new) circle of friends hired(though not a soul else was hired that day), but they roughly hate it when I reject the hold out and leave them astern. On one occassion, I also received a job proffer from an interviewer I once met as a fellow candidate.

The state I live in freshly upped their min wage in October. The singular ones who got an increase be the ones making less than $6.95 an hour (the unsullied min wage). I didn't get a lift up, neither did anyone I know, other than those previously below the bright min wage. It'll be going up again here in any July or October (can't remember) and I expect it to be the same for that round. Cost of living have gone up some as well, though not as discouraging as I'd expected (yet). I believe there will be three rounds of increases here, and after adjectives is said and done, our new min wage will be $7.40 an hour, departing the rest of us with matching wages we always have, and a cost of living which is higher than it previously be.
