Be suspicious with this. It is enormously obvious when a resume is professionaly done. Unless the party doing it is very moral, it will sounds too formal and fake. I can other tell when I obtain a resume from someone who paid a pro to write it. You don't want the resume to be a turn bad. I have a bit of experience on this one, as I hold had my resume professionally done - and despised it. Also, I have done more than my share of hiring. I enjoy never given anyone extra attention because of the format of their resume.
With all of the template available online, he would be better off downloading one of those that he is comfortable next to, and using it.
