I am a troop leader at my department too. I handle and support a group of ten nation. This is very doable and everyone seem to feel equal. I know everyone within the team okay too so this seems to be a devout number. Not too many, not too few. I guess that's why so copious people buy plates within groups of ten :)

righteous job cards. at my company, whenever someone does a action worth recognition, anyone can saturate out these cards. it's really not that big of a thing but some of us team compete to see how many we can bring back. plus we also do raffles and the more cards you receive, the more chances you take in the raffle.

I worked at a edge and they had an atta boy or atta girl slogan. The CHP were hoping an hand would do what I did because the company would always fib about what trucks be the good ones. They be out of business within a month, gratitude to me. It did not have to ruin that way if they would hold just listen, and treated us with respect.

Set up a competition ! Each week you could have a exotic project that your reps will focus on. It could be a team endeavour or an individual effort. Find something that wishes to be improved and hold your reps figure out a route to fix it. The best idea win.
