Anyways, Somebody from Russia sent his resume' to the ethnic group on the newsgroup. I am not an employer. I have be noticing that I hold been have a lot of trouble near all these different Job boards and beside recruiters that can barely follow just exactly what it is that I do. (Embedded Electronic Engineer). They simply match a couple words and look for some buzz words. Well, what do you reason of combining the point system with the Newsgroups and Employer/Employee referral and reccommendations based on the newsgroup request for information and answers. I personally come up with that is a accurate system. I answer tough questions on a newsgroup, but consequently I talk to recruiters and they are oblivious to that.

I'm not following your concept. You seem to be asking whether this site call Newsgroups should include a point system in their design. Or possibly to add points for a accurate resume?
I think you have best reword the question and post it to Newsgroup users, who know their structure. We do not do resumes here. That would be "advertisement" for the purposes of our Community Guidelines. I hold seen one or two question involving resumes, where a entity basically asked other users to critique their resume, but I one-sidedly feel this is at lowest possible bordering on violation of Community Guidelines.

you're so limited as a 17 year outdated.. but I started at an amusement park. It may not be the best.. but you get a moral side of customer service. You learn to toy with stressed guests and maybe even bring so people skills. I be promoted to lead well, so even that would look like a great start on a resume.
