Why did you leve your last situation? If I am told anything negitive about the second job I don't hire them. If I am told that they needed more hours I don't hire them. If you are a worthy employee they can find more hours. The individual really good answer is that you are looking to excell yourself surrounded by an area that you can't surrounded by your current job or you hold moved. Example... I really enjoy merchendising however contained by at my current job they enjoy a very structured layout that doens't permit me be creative and focus our best products to our customers.
I also ask about what their hardest hours of daylight at work has ever be and what they did. If they say here have be so many, I wonder if it have been because of their attitude. I also ask them what they ponder this job entail. So I know if they know what they are getting themselves into. At our company while it is retail there is a ton of encyclopaedia labor.
