What are the steps to becoming a Public Notary?

Question:

Answer:
The first answer is pretty much correct: you fill out the application, turn it within to the state and get commissioned. Once commissioned you find a bonding agency to draw from a bond and a stamp. In same states it's a little different though. In California for example, you hold to go through a pretty long process that includes a class, an exam, finger print scan, etc. There are a few other states that require a class or exam and of course the amount of the required bond vary (usually between $5,000 - $10,000 - you should expect to pay around $50-$80 or so for the bond for a four year commission - 4 years is the standard commission). I own a website where I put together adjectives the requirements for the states (most states anyway). I'll put the URL in the sources below. Just be in motion to the site, select your state, then select resources from the largest navigation and you should be able to find your states specific requirements.
Hope this help
FIll out an application from the courthouse, get a bond from an insurance company, compensate and submit all paperwork.

I be hired into my duty at entry stratum wage. What style of make higher can I expect at my one year review?

Question:
I am very hardworking and believe that I do stand out at the company. We're a smaller business near big money potential. We only grasp yearly raise, and my review is coming up in two months. I'm a moment ago wondering what to expect based on others' experience near this sort of thing.

Answer:
I reflect you need to consult beside the HR team contained by your company about this issue, because every company have a different pay clamber. Good luck, and make sure that you approach these types of conversations within a confident and professional manner.
you would find about 50 cents within one year
Depends what field you are surrounded by. In my field, auditing, I received a $10,000 tilt my first year and a $13,000 raise my second year.

I asked my director if I be entitled to pension-Fired!?

Question:
I asked my director if was I entitled to a company income similiar to what the other staff have.
Two days subsequent he called me into the department, and replied "You offended me", and sent me home.
Can someone please explain to me how he found that question licentious?
Here is some background; I be the lowest paid - clerical at $25,000 a year, adjectives other were compensated $50,000 and up, (professional workers).
I worked with them for 7 years.
I be apparently an important member of their organization
until it come to benefits.
He once asked me where I be am from, I said "born here in this country", he said YAH "but where on earth are you from?".

The labour board determined I be an employee and compensated me for several years of break owed.

I am still devastasted almost 2 years later.

1) What be offensive just about my question?
2) Was his remark racist? power issues? Ego? Greed?
Can someone enlighten me what was going on within his head?
Imagine, I suggested to him to apply for director opening 3 year ago

Answer:
What a jerk that guy be! You should have sued for wrongful termination. You affronted him? What the heck is he talking roughly? And what's up with you working at hand for 7 years and only making partly of what everyone else was making?! Geez, that make me mad. I hope you find another undertaking that has inhabitants who respect you and pay you what you deserve. Stand up for yourself! Good luck!
Wrongful termination suit! If you hold performing well and enjoy done nothing wrong and he fires you for asking that ask, SUE! Companies go through a long process until that time they actually "fire" someone, because they are adjectives afraid of wrongful trmination suits. If this company has no story of your bad concert and fires you because of your question you own a really good covering.
Sounds like you hit it on the chief. They didn't want to have to wage for more benefits. Employee compensation, both pay and benefits, are the most expensive module of running a business. Anything they have to compensate an employee have an impact on their bottom line.

You could enjoy sued for wrongful termination based on the events as you own explained them. I don't know if you can still do that 2 years later. It will plainly be harder. Hopefully you have a better position now anyway.

My suggestion would be that you are probably better of anyway. They be probably looking for a way to gain rid of you anyway. Rather than lay you off, they chose to do it this method.

But, really, if you could lose some weight, even a few pounds, probability are you'll be able to move better and consistency better. Picture carrying around a 5 pound bag of sugar for partly a day, consequently not needing to transport it the other half...which part of the pack of the day would you look forward to?

Employers look at grades?

Question:
Hi
i am pursuing undergraduate degree within Math/Stats .(currently in 3rd year) ...due to some reason i couldnt concentrate on studies in my first year so my grades be not good atallhowever immediately they are much better...
Just wondering will employers clutch into consideration my first year grades ??
i cant even get them out in a minute from trancript :(

thanks

Answer:
MOST DO NOT, so don't stress it!
it really depends, some employer will want to see your transcript, other won't even ask you for it.
Employers don't usually look at grades at all, they lately care if you get a degree. Don't even post a GPA on your resume, a moment ago list your amount, graduation date and major.
Many companies are very soon asking for transcripts because so many applicants fabrication about their degree. Just list the amount, and if they want more information they'll let you know - but usually we want to know if you really graduate with the level you listed.
In most cases no, but within accounting and the sciences yes. Talk with the folks contained by your career center.

i give two week make out at work and next told my boss i changed my mind, very soon he say he's holding mt to it and

Question:
he told me that the only method i can keep my charge,is if i write an S.A telling him why he should keep hold of me there, and what i'm going to loose change about myself, that would build him want to have me in attendance, also what i will be doing to improve myself, next to working with others, and person a team player. should i write nearly? how much should i write

Answer:
If you rescinded your notice, he can't hold you to it. Your boss is trying to play games near you. I guess you could play along and write that if he doesn't keep you afterwards it's consider a termination on his part and held against the company when applying for severance insurance and state or federal aid. You could also state that since this means human being fired for no real grounds, you could file suit against the company.
If you really want the opening, do as he says. What should you write nearly? The things you listed he looked-for you to cover would easily lug up a page or two.

I say he sounds a bit petty and high school-ish. If you can do in need the job, bestow it and go find another.
I reflect the message is, he's glad you are going. Stick to leaving!
I hope you have another job crumpled up, because you're history at this one. The boss is totally within his rights to replace you or not allow you to stay; and, he's wittingly making it hard for you to stay and natural for himself to say 'no.'

Even if you stay, you're toast. You won't be capable of ask for a raise, because 'we agree to you keep your commission, and that's good satisfactory.' You'll have to be his slave because you 'owe him.' He think if you were dissatisfied plenty to quit, then you won't be unworried to stay, and will continue to look on the sly.

He probably think the only plea you changed your mind is that your other offer fell through, and very soon you're in a bind.

I dislike intensely to be negative, but from what you wrote, he wasn't contented with you anyway (how will you devolution, why should he want you, how will you improve, how will you be a squad player). Sounds like you're on probation, and I purely don't see the love returning.

ADDITIONAL:

I'm sorry to disagree with Larry (above), but within most states - Texas, for sure - yes, he CAN hold you to it. You gave concentration, and all he have to say is they've already offered your position to someone else. Here, they can tolerate you go for any sense or for no reason; so, you couldn't sue, cuz they don't hold to have a use. The boss may be playing games with you, but it sounds close to he wasn't overly fond of you to start with.

I'll influence it again: It may have be a mistake to think in the region of quitting; but, now you've 'put yer foot to th' plow.' Don't look back.
Yes, I deliberate he's got an excellent theory there! You are solitary being asked to show that you really want the opening and that he can trust you to be a partner! This is not a punishment. Think of it as a challenge to knowing more more or less yourself! Are you a true person or a wishy-washy? What are your goal? Do you have any indisputable goals or are you only wanting a buck here and there?
You enjoy a long life to live and if you want it to be a virtuous & full life you necessitate to learn deeply about yourself. What do you really want? Do you want to enjoy a good existence or be a useless bum? Do you want to contribute to your country's "backbone" & help breed it strong and viable? Do you want to have a wife and loving kids soon? You'll need to be capable of support them.
Think about what interests you. Do you enjoy a high conservatory diploma? If not, make sure you study easier said than done, get flawless grades and that you KNOW the material ! That is your KEY TO THE FUTURE -- short it you have little to NO adjectives in today's world. Beyond that you will NEED a significantly desired SKILL or a COLLEGE DEGREE in something significantly desired: doctor, lawyer, finagle (as in road & bridge building, bank builder or designer), scientist to find cures for diseases or to fight terorist designer diseases, in that are many things that you could do that would be exciting & confrontational that would make your energy matter, really situation. You could join the airforce and be a combatant pilot, learn engineering, be a mechanic for jet, someday be a commercial pilot. There are a thousand things you could do! I wish I could do it adjectives again ! There are so many dreams I didnt fulfill! So writing this composition is something you will really be doing for you !
Make an outline of what he asked you to respond to & respond. Also write about how this brief will prepare you for the future and our society's adjectives! Tell how you will use this job to swot skills for life and what you'll do from in a minute on to help build this business as you swot up, because it makes up sector of our economy and the cutback is what everyone depends on!
I hope you'll use this as an opportunity, because it is. He sounds like a THINKING BOSS, and I deduce he's trying to help you cram! BEST WISHES, AND A WONDERFUL FUTURE !
MAKE THE MOST OF IT ! You'll be surprised how much fun GOALS can be !
You didn't say why you put contained by notice. Did you own another job? Was it a flawless reason you have for giving notice? Did you explain it to your employer? Fill us within a bit.
I was hugely discouraged to see so many unenthusiastic responses to your question. I guess that's what's wrong near the country nowdays. No one wants to pinch responsibility for their acts, of late see what you can get or what you can sue for -- that's NOT what built this country ! Buck up folks !
don't you just repugnance looooong drawn out answers that take 20 minutes to read?
Anyhow, I don't know how things are done contained by texas but in the USA, the member of staff has the right to repeal notice. I know because I've done it twice within my life, once surrounded by Kansas and once in Missouri. Believe me, surrounded by both cases they didn't want me there but have to stick it out with me until I moved out for certain (on both occasion they wanted someone exotic so they could pay them less).
Hope this help.
I would suggest writing the paper if you want to keep hold of your job. And it's an essay, not S.A. I might also recommend taking it to a local library and see if someone could proof it for you.

What can the personnel do more or less the misuse, extortion and threats by the sole owner of the business?

Question:
The owner of the business seems totally uncontrolled, intolerant and aggressive towards most of his workers.

Answer:
First, if you or others fear for your physical safekeeping, please find new job and report this person to your local labor board and/or tenet enforcement. (www.dol.gov)

There are unfortunately no law which prevent someone from being a penny-pinching, unhappy, irritable boss as long as he is not doing anything illegitimate such as discriminating against or sexually harassing his employees. If he is using racist epithets or making derogatory sexual comments, that's one entry - but if he is calling people stupid idiots because they forget to nouns copy paper, you're out of luck.

Depending on the disposition of the threats being made, you or others may also enjoy a harassment/retaliation claim. For example, if you complain about a sanctuary violation and he tell you to shut up or you'll be fired with a lousy mention, he could be in big trouble.

Best bet is to verbalize to the DoL and give them the specifics. They can report you if you have a claim or not. If not - time to find a foreign job!
Quit. Have everyone tramp out.
if it is coming from the higher up I would consider seeking the labor board in your state and start looking for another job...
Why surrounded by the world would you work there later? Hello!...he's the owner! He isnt going to change. Quit.
Question ?? Why are you still at hand?
You don't happen to work at a company call SMT, do you?

Anyway, QUIT. I did. I am much happier for it.
first check the mirror. see an 's' on forhead?
no ? then they adjectives can start looking for a new better paying assignment. it is his business and there are no laws(yet) roughly speaking jerk bosses.
you sold your service to him for your profit.
it isn't time to find some one else to buy you in a minute? don't waste your time find a new career.
I agree with the group, you have need of to leave. Try finding another brief first, the market is tough at times.

errand interview tips please?

Question:
help choral diahoerra. Every time i go for a career interview i get a severe bout of choral diahoerra. I get coy and start rambling on please back I really want the next chore i go for any tips would be great

Answer:
Too much chitchat is not good, and no discussion at all is not goo any! Find a comfortable balance. Wait to speak until you are asked a ask, then be concise. Towards the expiration of the interview they will ask you if you have question, have some prepared since you go. Ask just about what their needs are. The complete idea is to flog yourself to take watchfulness of their needs. Good luck!
Role play practise beside feedback can help like mad. See if friends who have be on the other side of the interview table will do a few dry runs with you and consent to you know what to improve and what to keep hold of.
let the interviewer ask adjectives the questions to start near
tell them past you start how nervous you surface and they will try to put you are your ease
communicate yourself - in your head- i can do this -i am honest for this job and they will be lucky to enjoy me work for them

good luck - GO FOR IT
envisage the interviewers are naked this should put u at luxury
I have be on both sides of the table. I would say that if you are agitated, then that can be infinitely better than man over-confident. The person interviewing you might in good health be the person you will be working for or near, and so showing some deference is better than coming over as if you will be telling him/her how to do their mission.

It really depends on what the next commission you go for will be and who is (are) the interviewer(s). A consulting role might emergency you are suitably confident of yourself, whereas a supporting role might require you to be less learned and capable than the character you are supposed to be supporting. (or at most equal)

I would say walk along to the interview as if you are interviewing them. When you see it that way, you will not be disappointed when neither of you estimate that your employment would be a good view.
Yeah, it's the same next to me I have an interview on Monday and generally I am nervous... but I really want this commission as it could open some doors for the adjectives for me..

I have arranged that instead of being apprehensive I am going to go next to a little record of questions try to grasp to the place of work early and stay detached and just try to enjoy a calm confident attitude/look and a short time ago answer and ask the questions and hope I capture the job GREAT ! but save just try and find another

Good luck near your Interview :) when is it ? add details here to consent to us kno how it goes please :)
Well, since you hold been on several interviews already, you know the types of question that they are askingprepare your answers somewhat ahead of time and tweak them at the actual resume when speaking with the entity. You're rambling because you're hesitant. Before you answer each query, take nice of a deep breath and try to relax. Think of specific examples of things that they enjoy been asking nearly (called behavioral interviewing) so that you have actual instances that you can site. Best of luck to you...

what job can 14 year olds bring?

Question:

Answer:
You must be 16 for a legal one.
Better, convince your neighbours to permit you take their dogs for a put your foot.
none..why would u want one at that age
I'm almost completely sure that McDonald's hires 14 year-olds.
I don't think you can do anything contained by the "real world" but you can do things online. They require you to be individual 13 to do. Check them out!
I recon paper round and thats roughly speaking it because you can't really get a genuine job short a national insurance number, you could ask people you know just about walking their dogs or babysitting!
i believe you can get a work area monopoly and work anywhere they are willing to hire a bit time person. someone within school at that age cannot work full-time reasonably.
None without a work warranty.
cashier
waitress
bus girl
newborn sitter
Sweeping chimneys. That's what I used to do when I was your age, and it never did me any impair (cough).
get a debit card (avalible from age 11) after try buying and selling stuff on ebay. or try buying stuff in charity shops and selling it on ebay.
None. You own to be 15 years and ten months which is when you get your National Issurance. You cannot babysit as justifiably you have to be over 14 however if the parents trust and agree for you to look after their children later yes but if anything went wrong the parents would be at blame. You can take a paper round, totter dogs and do the garden for the neighbour for example. Maybe help someone near their homework. HELP that is.. Advertise your services locally surrounded by the paper or something. although be knowledgeable.

Check near monster.com and big businesses here (Georgia Power, Bell South, Suntrust, and local Gov'ts like police departments and courts). Hope you variety it here. Keep me advised and I can report to you where the safer places to move to here.
Pack up your saloon and rent a uhaul. But you should really move because of more than just interview someone you like. This is seriously changeable when you have children.

Should I chose bliss over money?

Question:
I have other wanted to be a writer. Unfortunately, near is really no money in the paddock. I decided, instead to travel to school for business (BSBA contained by Human Resources) instead. I am starting school unpaid, I'm 26. I am just starting and I am not concrete happy. The with the sole purpose thing that keep me interested in my university work is the amount of money I would make beside such a degree. Will I feel sorry in the long run that I traded brightness for money?

Answer:
GO FOR HAPPINESS AND YOU MAY FIND BOTH.
MONEY ISN'T WORTH A DARN IF IT BUYS GRIEF...
Choose happiness!
Sorry to relate you, BSBA in HR doesn't guarantee a complete lot of income.

Why don't you get a "year job" and pursue your passion at hours of darkness - get a career which allows you lots of time to write - the first thing that comes to mind is a chauffeur - lots of hours waiting for the folks to come back, but you're still on the clock. If you are biddable, you can make especially good money surrounded by tips (probably more than your salary) - you only necessitate a commercial driver's license, which isn't difficult to obtain.

When relatives are on their deathbed, they rarely vote I'm glad I made so much money - remember that.
there is no TRUE happiness within this world, choose the money, I made the mistake and choose happiness, adjectives I've gotten is sworrow and dispair, I could have choosen money and right in a minute would be living a good time with a few million to toss around,
Shoot for exuberance. Make enough money to wages bills and live modestly, and be happy. And who know, maybe it is your destiny to write a best dealer and make millions. Never know until you try. Be bullish.
i think you are mortal realistic next to your goals of going to college just net sure you do well and who say you have to stop pursuing this dream of writing you hold just because you are going to college to achieve a degree surrounded by a different field
Get some rinky-dink profession that pays the bills and write your a s s off on your rotten time. You'll never be happy doing something else, so find a process to make ends touch until you find your groove as a writer. Learn to write freelance articles, too. That'll get you published while you are churning out your bigger masterpieces.
choose money. indisputable friends want you for you're money anyway... no, seriously.
It is never late! or: you are not in arrears! Do this: If you get a undertaking you don't want, with the money you will craft buy the stuff you need for your writting project. To me that sounds simply great! If you go for Human Resources you don`t entail to quit YOUR dream you still can be a writer! You can be a Human Resorces and a writer at the same time. YOU CAN DO IT!
In adjectives honesty there is some sort of harmonize between the both that you must obtain. If you choose to move about full speed in any direction you'll wonder about the other direction and second guess your result. There are plenty of fields that require "writing" or some sort of creative writing that you can attain into. Visit your schools job center and research jobs that can merge your talent into a fun and profitable career or run some of their tests.

I be in equal boat as you. I spent a good portion of my 20's debating my adjectives. I had a love for computers and a excitement for law (two massively separate fields, or so I thought). At age 27 I finally fixed it was time to budge to school. During my first residence I took Student Success and one of the projects was a craft center research project. During my research I found out about Intellectual Law (copyrights, patent, etc.). It turned out to be the perfect answer. I needed a computer science amount and I filled my enthusiasm for law. So I enjoy a fallback in any direction.

So it is possible to find money and happiness surrounded by one place.

I would not recommend sacrificing anything. If at hand is a way you can hold a career and write on the side as a hobby, that will work too.

Another answer for you, see if your arts school offers a type of Student Success course. Those courses generally allow you to take a choice of aptitude tests and personality test and support you to discover more about yourself. Those courses regularly help you find the answers to occupation and educational choices.
Happiness is most vital, and the money will come naturally do to your readiness to work hard. The unproblematic, less stressed notion with fire your passion.

Start going to networking events near chamber of commerces and go to professional bureau meeting this will serve you discover what you really want to go as all right as internships, part-time work and volunteering. Check out Craigslist.org.

Hire a profession coach or visit a one-stop art center or college career center. Maybe affiliate a professional job club to inspire you.
BusLaw 242 - TCC - Extra Credit

I guess you should do what makes you relaxed. That is the only style you will be successful and feel fulfilled. I guess it depends on the type of writing you do, ie: novel, magazine articles, short stories, etc. as to how much money you can make. If you are not joyful now surrounded by the field you are contained by, I don't think you will ever be. Money can't buy safety.
