The company as a whole care for their associates, and helps the associates within many ways. There are seriously of benefits available for Wal Mart associates. I have worked at copious retail stores (small family owned businesses and dignified end clothing stores) I enjoy had no problems moving inside the company, learning what I obligation to do what I want to do.
