Well, the biggest difference between an RN and a PA is that a PA is allowed to dispense medical direction and write prescriptions whereas an RN takes vigilance of the preliminary exam for the doctor (vitals, symptoms, paperwork, etc). RN training takes smaller number time, but PA training gives you more actual medical training.

Become a PA, you will own the same respect as most doctors hold, also you get to do seperate billing. Make lots more money and you can become a MD pretty confident from their if you want to. I believe that nursing would be the fastest thing for you to complete. Then if you considered necessary to go on to be a PA, your nursing classes may verbs and perhaps you won't enjoy to take as various for your PA. I know that PA school is approaching medical school crammed into a hardcore curriculum.
Anyway, getting your nursing level will be fastest. There are some programs that can get you done speedy, but getting an RN in six months might be offensive.

I once worked next to a group of people who made going to work a nightmare - it took years and readiness to realize - these are only co-workers, not friends, relatives or loved ones. It's a paycheque and pensionable time and that's it. AND the bonus was I found out frequent years later that these citizens had such horrible lives outside of work - that's why they be so miserable to others at work - the only place they could attain away with it since most of them be hen-pecked, bitter or had other "problems". When I found this out I took extreme pleasure contained by knowing this. You will some day too !! Mostly, stand up for yourself, don't allow them to be miserable to you (if you're protected by coalition you can have more attitude). Be assertive, not aggressive and christen people when they do anything insulting . . . confront them "excuse me? what be that? is that proper office etiquette?" I will I had have more attitude when I was younger - I do today and you attain more respect (or at least they start you more) if they know you won't take their bull. Remain professional BUT do not transport crap!!
