you are not alone. for the end 7 years, i've been relating myself almost 24/7: "i don't hate my available job but i can't say i love it. i'm of late thankful for it." i be even set on quitting on day one! i've told myself i'll be staying near the job for merely a max of 7 years, come what may. i've already drawn up my resignation letter a month hindmost and i've already given out my resume to several companies. i wanted a job shift and i found something that i really wanted to do: be an online investment banker (otherwise known as a appointment center agent handling a financial services account). i wanted the available job even if it paid greatly less than my current work because the career footprints was clearer and the room for advancement be better. i knew it be something that i will really enjoy.
but something happen that made me reconsider. it wasn't a pay-raise or a promotion but it made me resign from the phone center company instead. i've felt bleak 'coz i've been doing so in good health in the bid center training. but as i've thought about it more truly, i said, OK it's better to trust God's timing 'coz He's in charge. i may not know exactly what His reason are but I just enjoy to trust Him. so now i'm still within this job that i neither love nor antipathy but am just obliged for. i'm just praying i won't attain to stay for another 7 years!
