i'm having some thoughts of quiting my present chore. i used to work for a private drug testing lab, admin. department. i used to enjoy good benefits, superior pay, own organization, computer & fone, full time hours & very nice general public around me. it was exceedingly busy & stressful & management nearby really sucked so i decided to quit & next finally got a mission at the city. my present job isn't my item - all i do here is enter codes - not insulting AT ALL! i'm not even using the skills & knowledge that i've scholarly from school so its kinda useless for me & i'm not jubilant here. i always thought that working for the city is a great entity, but now i realize that this job that they offered me is not the one for me.
my boss (from my previous job) told me that i'm still response to come back to work for them if ever i revision my mind. my co-worker told me that the girl they hired to replace me quit after 2 days of working there coz she can't do my brief. should i go wager on to my previous job or not? facilitate!!

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor wrote me a note for my work stating that I can single lift smaller quantity than 20 pounds and my employer is not wanting to honor that note stating that if I shift work in the spur and if nearby is a heavy box that I can't move up then to purely leave it nearby and go on to the subsequent. Well the problem is that the freight that comes down the spur is very sparatic and you only just never know if it is a heavy box or not, I also own a belt and a scan gun hanging sour of my waist that constantly bounces around as well as running and I am still held in charge for hitting my numbers otherwise I will be written up. My manager this morning lately tried to tell me that he does not enjoy any light duty stuff for me to do and the funny item is that there is another member of staff right now who is also pregnant and they are following her doctors directions.

Maybe at 6 weeks pregnant, they don't think it's a great risk but. Sometimes people are stupid that mode. Or maybe it's a small company and they can't afford to move you, and they're hoping that it will work out for a few more weeks anyway. I didn't own an experience when I first started...they trained me on the job. A lot of places will do that, if you show them that you own the drive to learn modern things. Also you can practice typing and get decipherable with different softwares.

I've be at my job for 10 years. We receive 3 weeks break per year. We offer Short and Long Term Disability for personal disorder or injury. Maybe it's time to re-think what you would like to do within life and step to school for a point. That way you will unambiguously get rewarded more.
Most likely the issue is the job you've held are dead ends. There is little room for promotion and you don't have a feeling fulfilled. Quitting without giving spy will ultimately hurt you when you find something you do want to do.

You seem to be within the wrong field Find a grazing land you're really interested in and start from mark. Find a mentor who can help you "move up." It sounds as if you are getting bored because in attendance are no more goals to get together...set your own goals to maintain you motivated and interested.
I would imagine that it's rock-hard to get a devout job minus references who can vouch that you are a fitting worked (as you seem to vote you are). These situations are awfully common. My girlfriend be going through this not too long ago. For the most part you'll enjoy to deal beside the irritation. What you can do is always cover your butt. If you convey an email out or something, cc the boss. So tell this Sue you have need of something done through email and cc the boss. That way she know Sue was asked to do so. Or print out emails you sent, it have the date and time. Don't confront Sue, she won't loan up to it. But if you have proof that it be her fault, and she blames you, and you can hail as her on it. I would try to transfer to a different department in the company. I have be in your shoes and it incredibly difficult dealing with supervisor who plays favoritism.

I don't think the best item you should do is telling and complain almost this woman to your boss, it'll back fire to you..instead...what you should do is do your career the best you can, don't ask her for favors and don't expect her to be nice with you, only just ignore her and do adjectives what your job requires you to do, and bring the initiative when your boss needs support with something. In ANY charge, they "love" when their employees transport the initiative and are creative and team workers, if you create a mistake own it, and face it, try to find the solution to the problem. The course is a 6 month course. I plan to take the records test within July after the course is finished. Once I finish the class how do I go going on for finding a job. I own already checked all of the hospitals websites, careerbuilder, monster etc.. Most want 2 to 3 years exp. This class solely gives me a year exp. I can progress back to the subsequent class that starts in July and that will impart me another year exp. Will employeers hire someone fresh out of the class? I don't have any medical exp.
