You are right this is serious, however he does have the right to work as you do. What I would suggest is to stay on your toes. well This is how we do it.I work during the light of day from 9-5 and my Husband works nights,I clutch the kids to school and He picks them up.There is a piece called efficient forward that it cost only 2 dollars for respectively kid it is based on your income,you pocket them in until that time you have to turn to work and they go to arts school they have breakfast for them and later if you work past that the time the kids find out of school they are in that till like 6 and they gain a snack and home work help.
