I don't think the other responders salaried attention to the key word, "financially." Your answer is architect. I once worked beside a woman with a masters contained by Pyschologly. I spoke to my boss and he said it sounds like we may own had a miscommunication. What do I do presently? Another conversation, or a letter, or sermon to his boss?

Have another conversation - if he's firm that there will be no commision, later just do the seasoned thing. Tell him that near was a miscommunication and that you would not hold accepted the postion minus believing there be a commision so you must quit. Give him the address to send your paycheck for any time you've put contained by to this point.
It's hard it could be your word against his and may not step anywhere if you seek allowed counsel.
If there have been a "miscommunication" about something as fundamental as compensation, you are in for nought but trouble. I suggest you cut your losses now.

I enjoy done a lot of what I consider a parallel, lessons personal development. I've writtten, qualified at the college level, be a speaker and trainer to business management and done individual counseling. I may be chitchat about something different than you. My courses have to do with kind yourself, re-programming fundamental thinking, learning to read race and character- all aspects of personal growth.
While I devise this is an invaluable thing, I be sorely disappointed in the skilfulness of those who need it most to put the required change in place, and it is drastically frustrating from that standpoint. It's also something that I don't think anyone can do all right (as a teacher) by studying the subject. Until you can live it and master it, you aren't prepared.

Tough one this. You could interview for the same assignment at the same company on like day and own two totally different experiences. A lot of it is down to your interviewer, and what's going with him/her/them is totally out of your control.
However, interviews are more or less making the right impression and running across a range of tryout would be a part of that too.
Smile, try not to be twitchy. Be polite, well dressed and prepared. There are plenty of books on interview technique. It might be worth buying one or going down to the library to get hold of a copy.
Regards your last try. Don't beat yourself up something like it. Practice will make immaculate. I always found that after 3 interviews I be red hot and usually got hired on the subsequent one. These things can take time, but eventually you will carry placed; and then a unbroken new world of opportunity open up once you're in.

I suspect that workstation and presentation skills can be easily strengthened through training or practice.
Verbal and Numeric skills can not. Therefore doing ably on the verbal/numeric I would say is more defining. Good luck either agency.

When they have me sign my non exempt employee forms 2 1/2 months then to be paid hourly, they told me by CA directive I have to be salaried hourly, not salary, and not contractors earnings. Then I was cut down to 40-50 hours. Obviously. Then aren't they required to settle up me for the HOURS I worked illegally? They used my services for as long as they could and used my time. I be there 13-24 hours a year only making 150 a light of day outside in the 130 scope heat no nouns conditioning and no electricity. What do I do to get my money that I am owed? They owe me $18,000 I calculated up my hours including overtime. and i.e. what they owe me. I wanted to know for sure that what they did is really illicit and where I travel to get the documents to prove it so I can pilfer it to the company and demand that money or I will report them?

There are several things at work hear.
1. you can be hired as a contractor depending on you charge or scoop of practices. Most MD are contractors.
2. You can not remuneration a contractor less than 1/12 time minim wage. All so they can not report to you what hours you have to work or when to show up or when your sunshine in done. THEY CAN NOT SET YOUR HOURS.
3. They can not detail you what is called Means and methods:" how to or when to your job" If they do you are immediately an employ.
I would tell to them and see if they will reclassify you as an employ near back reimburse and OT. If not ask them if they can prove what they are doing and besides paying you they will pay penalty's and final taxes plus pentaltys.
