If they enjoy lapsed only by a short time of year of time and you INTEND to RENEW them as soon as the classes are available in your nouns again, I would say that it would be ok to do so.
If they hold been lapsed or expired for a year or more, you do not plan on renewing them or they are irrelevant to the position to which you are applying... make tracks them off.
