I've had this debate near a friend. She seems to imagine that she was refuse a job due to a consumer credit check. I told her if you are really flawless at what you do and have reference to back it up ~ credit shouldn't be a problem. Because family lose jobs, enjoy health problems, etc. ~ that they can't control. So, this shouldn't be a care of their ability to achieve. I also told her that the only time a livelihood rejection due to credit should be the case is if your commission involves managing budgets ... or is "financial" in outlook. She seems to mull over all job big or small can be adversely affected by fruitless credit. True or false? And, if it's true ~ wouldn't they be required to tell you?
