When I was 17 I worked at Safeway because you weren't allowed to become certified until you be 18. They only remunerated me $8.50 and hour. It sucked!
If you are looking to become a pharmacy technician I would HIGHLY suggest you work in a hospital if you can. Hospital pharmacy technicians sort A LOT more then retail pharmacy technicians (like Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, etc).
