what do you imagine in the order of a company that does not effectiveness seniority?

Question:

Answers:
I think if you can wear that head covering on Yahoo then seniority is clearly not cause you any problems! Seriously, I worked in a company which downsized by retiring around 1000 of the more senior staff - purely because they are more expensive than the whippersnappers. As it turned out, it couldn't cope without them so presently dozens of them are back as overpaid consultants, grinning from ear to ear. Well, that's what you return with for letting accountants run your business I suppose.

Other Answers:
Not much of a future in that for you.

it is not the matter of seniority but the expertise..a dog can be a senior when up to date puppy comes in, so believe about awareness..the co which does not value seniority may be value expertise..if this is also not the case..surely not a soul knows that company outside..;)
