I've be in your position back. It's hard to read out what you should do without really knowing what you do and what you would be doing beside your higher position. I have an opportunity to move up into an assistant manager position end year that I passed up because I did not want the added stress and I was delighted with what I be making at the time. Anyway, I get unusual responsibilities every year in my current position in need even asking for them. My company kind of pushes that on me. I don't complain because I do bring a raise every year. I just saw this interview and even though I don't have great proposal I just required to say righteous luck to you because I know how hard a judgment like specifically to make.
