I wouldn't pair light brown with the lavender. It doesnt nouns like it match too well. When I move about on interviews I try to remain atleast partly offhand without individual inappropriate. It's agency more relaxing to feel in the middle comfortable with yourself consequently getting all dressed up and hunch so out of place. It make you feel extremely awkward in your interview. I don't know where on earth you live but just wear the black pant with a colored shirt and flat or low heel shoes. I would go beyond on the jacket.
Change the shoes to a different color, but definately wear the jacket, it makes you look more professional, otherwise your outfit is great.
