For respectively position that you are applying for should have sepertate certificate that are granted for that position and also previous jobs that you own had, so that respectively job you are applying for will hold the same job and qualifications as the position you are applying for.
I would distribute one and mention the postions applying for in the cover reminder. Even a bolded item at the top or bottom of the letter saw postitions Applied for and listing them would draw attention to it. An HR dept. does not want to track 3 different resumes across the company for indistinguishable applicant.
