I be fired for willful misconduct and enjoy be denied dismissal. How am I competent to win on my appeal?

This is my situation. A girl that I had worked next to came at me screaming and yell , and she was pushing on me next to her chest. In my defense, I put both of my hands on her and pushed her past its sell-by date of me. She went backwards and scream " You put your hands on me b@#%&!!" She come after me again and started grabbing on me. She have ahold of my left arm and be pulling at me as someone was trying to achieve her off of me. I remember my right arm be swinging trying to get her to agree to go. I don't know if i have hit her in the process but, she said that I punched her contained by the eye. This girl came after me and I be only trying to keep myself. Am I in the wrong here, or should I hold been fired? The Employer's rule is : Unacceptable conduct resulting from war or assault of another. They say I be aware of this rule and that I have violated it. But how is this? She come after me. If this isn't self defense, then I don't know what is.

Stupid rules, but they're someone's rules which you own to follow (whether they're wrong to you or not). This may sound crazy, but if you have just agree to her hit you and just scream for help, she would hold been the one getting fired. That's time for you. She seemed to enjoy been provoking you, so I'm assuming she despicable you and wanted you out anyway. Get another mission, let this move about seeing as dwelling on this doesn't help you capture anywhere. You need to jump around searching for another place to work at instead of person home asking questions going on for what already happened.

If she was pushing you first, you have a right to defend yourself and push her away. Then she come at you again. Your problem appears to be here, when you admit you be swinging your arm. That can now be considered aggressive behavior, not self defense. Self defense is blocking her punches or letting the other relations there finish pulling her rotten of you. It really depends alot on what state the RN works. For instance, I am an RN and work in Texas. When I lived within San Antonio, I made about 12$ smaller quantity per hour than I make working contained by Dallas. I currenlty make going on for $55,000.00 per year, with correct health and retirement benefits. RNs who work within spas don't make as much as hospital-based nurses (because of shift differentials), but I don't know around the traveling nurses.
