personal experience reading resumes you have used 'I' too normally and are using the sort of lines that are typical and clich茅. It would be better if you tried not to make it as personalised, ie. instead of "I am predisposed to work with great effort", you could reprase near "the great effort i own proven willingly have shown my work in..."

I be a principal for three years. When interviewing, I already know about the candidate's credentials, experience, and academic based on the resume and application. So my push button thoughts are:
1) Does this person validly enjoy working next to young race?
2) Is he or she enthusiastic and excited about the position?
3) How can this personage make our current art program even better?
